After checking reviews of cleaning services in the Charleston area and calling around for quotes for a whole house deep cleaning, I decided on MaidPro. The quote was very reasonable and they have glowing reviews on multiple sites. I was not disappointed in my selection. Patricia and Bailey spent most of the day cleaning, non-stop, and the results are phenomenal. The floors look fantastic. The bathrooms are shining and the kitchen is sparkling. The beds look neater than they ever have and the rugs almost seem fluffier. I'm impressed with their level of detail and the fact that they didn't stop until the job was complete. I will definitely be calling to set up maintenance cleanings with MaidPro.

First time experience with a maid service. I shopped around quotes from 6 or 7 different local housecleaning services. I created a spreadsheet for all the different pricing of whats included in the cleans/hourly/weekly/bi-weekly/monthly/etc from all the different services and narrowed it down to try to make it fit in our limited budget. Maidpro had the most competitive prices, the only cheaper ones I found were not insured and bonded(no thanks.) Josh who I believe is the manager was also very friendly and knew his stuff. So... Peace of mind, and the right price. I decided we'd give them our first try. Our maid was very friendly and energetic. She was personable and open up front that if we weren't happy with a particular area or wanted her to focus more on 1 thing or another just leave her a note or let her know. Meeting her once I already feel comfortable enough to communicate openly with her and this was something we did actually worry a little bit about(no awkwardness/language barrier/etc). My wife is a bit of a neat freak already, so where our maid couldn't find dirt...she tried even harder to find dirt and make sure she provided a very thorough clean. She didn't disappoint! The house smelled very fresh when we returned home. There were some areas, such as sliding glass door tracks.. that my wife had pretty much given up cleaning cause it was such a pain or so tedious. MaidPro got em! Wife scanned over the house and was happy with the clean...I was shocked and relieved that we don't have to find/try another service. Thanks MaidPro!

I waited around 2hrs for them to show up, still waiting!! This is our first time using them, too bad they can stick to their times that they give you. I wasted my morning sitting around waiting for them to show up. I have no idea why other reviews are so good, it seems pretty simple to show up in a 1 hr window of time. They have policy where you can no cancel either so basically you are stuck waiting for they guys all day to show and they still make money without doing the work.

A really frustrating experience. Had our house cleaned so that we could move in, and when I got there after the cleaner was done, it was horrible. Nothing was clean, still dust and dirt everywhere. The drawers were still filled with sawdust. It’s as if he didn’t clean anything. I called and they did send someone new over right away who did a much better job which I appreciate. (Thank you Ashley for coming and re-doing the whole place!) However, for the price and the fact that someone had to clean again, I will not be using them again. They assured me everything would be sparkling clean and it most definitely was not.
