Ive been using magic house cleaning for about 1 year now and they have always been wonderful. I have two cats and a lot of cat hair which they do a great job of keeping in check, especially on my couches and hardwood floors. I use them for bi-weekly cleaning, deep cleaning, and a move out clean for my old apartment. I would definitely recommend Patrick and his team!

At the suggestion of my Realtor I met with Patrick and hired Magic Cleaning to do a move-out clean. I did have a 2500ish sq foot house, but I was surprised when they were at my house from around 9 am until almost 8 pm. The house wasn’t that bad, the cleaning lady had her child with her. I’m a mom too and I know things happen but it definitely seemed to slow things down and we were on a tight timeline (which they knew about). I asked to be invoiced directly...imagine my surprise when over a month later my Realtor tells me she just got their bill. I had her forward it to me so I could pay it. Before I got the chance to pay it Patrick called me multiple times looking for payment. I had JUST gotten the bill, which was sent almost 5 weeks after the cleaning- NOW they’re in a rush for the money? Meanwhile, after the new buyers moved in (before I finally received the bill), their Realtor contacted me to say they did a pretty underwhelming job cleaning, things were still dirty, and asked me for their number so she could see if they would come out again and redo it. I gave it to her, but as far as I know they never got back to her, and when I brought this up to Patrick when I was paying I was told they would have fixed it if they knew. Since they were told, I’m not sure how they didn’t know? At this point I was expecting a discount, to be honest. I didn’t ask for one and one wasn’t offered but I should have asked as I definitely don’t feel the cleaning job was worth $450. It took almost 12 hours and still wasn’t done properly which was embarrassing for me as I hired them to clean the house for the buyers per my contract.

These guys really are magic. I hired a housekeeper because my husband's job requires him to be away a lot and I needed the extra help with three young kids. I am please with the work they do and I enjoy the employees I have met. Even though I am a customer and they are workers I feel like they actually care. I got a note today that said that even though laundry isn't usually included they knew what a hard time I was having and it's all folded on my bed. I guess you get what you pay for and what you get with Magic House Cleaning is genuinely nice people making your house spotless.
