Horrible experience. Called this company and was told it would cost $450 to clean my house for a move out clean. Well when they showed up (knowing I was PCSing the next day) they told me it would be $650 to clean my house. What kind of people run a business like this? My husband is deployed and I’m trying to move and get a whole house ready for inspection all by myself. It’s disgusting how this company operates.

Class A Cleaning is a wonderful housecleaning business! I have lived in many states and have used many of them and have yet to find one as great as this one. I am very picky when I pay to have my house cleaned and these ladies always meet my expectations! Only the best will do! If you ever are unsatisfied with anything they will fix it ASAP! Wish there were more businesses like this around!!

In the event I do have an issue, the owner, Sabrina Hayworth, will respond quickly to make sure the situation is resolved immediately. I am thankful to know a company that is trustworthy and reliable to enter my home on a routine bases. If I have to choose between going out to eat and having my house cleaned, house cleaning wins every time!

This is the best service available! They were very prompt to reply to my initial inquiry and had a team out to my house within days. These ladies are the most trustworthy and were quick to provide reverences to prove it. My home looks and feels amazing and very well cared for. They were even great with my dog! Thanks to Class A Cleaning, I got 100% of my security deposit back from a property management company with a reputation for charging its renters when they move out. Anna came out ahead of time to give me an accurate quote so there weren't any surprises on cleaning day. The cleaners showed up on time and worked hard for nearly 6 hours straight. They were polite, friendly and made the house look like new. If you're looking for quality work, I'd recommend Class A Cleaning.

I used their services today. I'm not a dirty person at all just don't have the time I would like to dedicate to cleaning on the move out. They quoted me a price originally I thought a little pricey as I have never used a cleaning service before. I had some stains in my carpet that have been there for months after walking through after I left for about 4 hours for them to clean I came back and was undoubtedly and pleasantly surprised with the quality of service they performed. If I have the need for a cleaning service I will use Class A again.

Extremely disappointed with the service of this cleaning company. Friendly owner and office staff which is what got them the 2 stars instead of 1. But the most important aspect - the quality of the cleaning service left much to be desired. Contracted with them for a bi-monthly cleaning for my 2500 sq ft home for $195/cleaning. Vacuum, dust, clean bathrooms, counter tops, etc. No deep cleaning. No sheets/laundry, etc. I am the only person in my house so it remains fairly tidy which should mean it is an easy cleaning job. After the first cleaning I identified several items which were not cleaned well. They offered to come back out to redo the cleaning. I declined and just asked that a better job be done two weeks later. Two weeks later, the completed job was even worse, with the few items I previously noted not cleaned any better, plus some other issues. They again offered to come back out and redo it. For personal reasons, I again declined but asked that the owner or manager come to my house to discuss the areas I thought were lacking. The owner came out the next day and I showed her 6 different areas of concern. Dressing table mirror not cleaned, glass shower door, hair left on rugs, coffee grounds left on cabinet near coffee pot, salt on kitchen table (had obviously not even been wiped down) and most importantly to me, my hardwood floors were not cleaned properly leaving sticky spots in my kitchen, etc. The owner agreed that it was not a good cleaning job and said they would come back out and re-do it. I declined as I was going out of town and didn’t want to leave my alarm unarmed in order for them to gain entry. I simply asked once again that they do a more thorough job on the next scheduled cleaning with special attention to the noted areas. My third cleaning with them was almost as poor as the previous two and multiple items that I had pointed out to the owner remained uncleaned including my kitchen floor. I called yesterday to cancel my service with them and was once again offered to have them come back out. I asked the gal on the phone what she thought that would accomplish comsidering that they couldn’t get things right on the first three attempts even though the trouble spots had been identified to the owner directly. She didn’t have an answer and just replied “I’m sorry.” While I appreciate the apology, it doesn’t give me my nearly $600 back nor does it give me a properly cleaned house. Bottom line, I don’t recommend hiring this cleaning service.
