Extremely disappointed with the service of this cleaning company. Friendly owner and office staff which is what got them the 2 stars instead of 1. But the most important aspect - the quality of the cleaning service left much to be desired.
Contracted with them for a bi-monthly cleaning for my 2500 sq ft home for $195/cleaning. Vacuum, dust, clean bathrooms, counter tops, etc. No deep cleaning. No sheets/laundry, etc. I am the only person in my house so it remains fairly tidy which should mean it is an easy cleaning job. After the first cleaning I identified several items which were not cleaned well. They offered to come back out to redo the cleaning. I declined and just asked that a better job be done two weeks later. Two weeks later, the completed job was even worse, with the few items I previously noted not cleaned any better, plus some other issues. They again offered to come back out and redo it. For personal reasons, I again declined but asked that the owner or manager come to my house to discuss the areas I thought were lacking.
The owner came out the next day and I showed her 6 different areas of concern. Dressing table mirror not cleaned, glass shower door, hair left on rugs, coffee grounds left on cabinet near coffee pot, salt on kitchen table (had obviously not even been wiped down) and most importantly to me, my hardwood floors were not cleaned properly leaving sticky spots in my kitchen, etc. The owner agreed that it was not a good cleaning job and said they would come back out and re-do it. I declined as I was going out of town and didn’t want to leave my alarm unarmed in order for them to gain entry. I simply asked once again that they do a more thorough job on the next scheduled cleaning with special attention to the noted areas.
My third cleaning with them was almost as poor as the previous two and multiple items that I had pointed out to the owner remained uncleaned including my kitchen floor. I called yesterday to cancel my service with them and was once again offered to have them come back out. I asked the gal on the phone what she thought that would accomplish comsidering that they couldn’t get things right on the first three attempts even though the trouble spots had been identified to the owner directly. She didn’t have an answer and just replied “I’m sorry.” While I appreciate the apology, it doesn’t give me my nearly $600 back nor does it give me a properly cleaned house.
Bottom line, I don’t recommend hiring this cleaning service.
