Worst Cleaning Service. Arrived at 2:30 scheduled 12:00 to 1:00 PM. I asked for a deep cleaning. My home is 3523 sq. feet in and out in one hour 30 mins. Vacuum and lightly ran feather duster. Did not wet mop bath room floors, did not dust ceiling fans. Did not empty wast baskets, Did not surface clean stove, kitchen counter. Did not vacuum sofa's, informed me they were afraid to do so. Did not dust base boards. Did not clean bathroom mirrors. Waiting for my credit card bill to challenge. I used to own a cleaning service in Florida.

Donna and Laura have been coming to our home for the past three years. These ladies have become an extension of our family. I usually work from home and they are always concscience of my conference calls while they are working. When I am not home, they let my dogs out to get some exercise and feed treats to the cats. I think my pets look forward to them coming more than the rest of us. :) Laura and Donna (and any other substitute from Cindy's Maids) are very respectful of our home. And for the purpose of this review, they do an AMAZING job for an exceptionally reasonable price. I have recommended Cindy's Maids to other friends, who also use their services. As a full-time working mom it's huge help to come home and not have to think about cleaning. We started having Cindy's maid come every other week in October and have been super pleased so far. It's affordable and very convenient! We even gave Cindy some feedback about a few areas we wanted to make sure were covered- the ladies adjusted their cleaning to fit our needs. The ladies do a great job each week even just picking up my kids stuff in addition to dusting and vacuuming their rooms. I am writing this post merely off an experience on the road & the way an employee of this business displayed extremely aggressive and dangerous behavior. I have been driving by this location for a very long time, I watched it and in the morning on my way to work I would notice the cleaning supplies being unloaded and the fence going up in the back to make a patio area. It looked as if the location was growing and I always wondered what type of business it was and figured it may be a maid service (cleaning company) and thought yesterday as I saw the sign up confirming exactly what company it was; of calling to see what the cost of the services would be as just 6 months ago we moved into a new construction and have had a cleaning service out already and felt it may be good to compare prices. Well as I said I have been watching this place for a while now. I have noticed more and more cars out and have seen the vehicles there. (I pay attention) Fast forward to this morning. I am driving the SPEED LIMIT down Harrisburg Rd. on my way to work. Normal routine I have had for well over a year now but this morning in my rear view mirror I saw a car following very closely to the vehicle behind me. I thought great if this car turns that car will be on me the same way and it is dangerous. well sure enough the car turned and the SUV, at a high rate of speed got very close to me on the road as if they were trying to push me along the way, the speed limit is 40 on Harrisburg road and I am not one to speed like that. (I just don't do it. I am pretty much early to work EVERY morning... I don't do late) Well this Grey SUV with two females in it stayed on "top of me" the entire way down Harrisburg road. Even blowing their horn at me at one point when I slowed down a bit due to the sun beaming and me NOT BEING ABLE TO SEE. *RIDICULOUS* I looked at the SUV and thought I had seen it before - I tried to figure out where, but couldn't quite put my finger on it. So I go along and she continued to ride my bumper. When we got to the light on Barberville Rd. (at which I was turning right on... because I work off of 160) She looked as if she wanted to go beside me to make the right hand turn in front of me as if she couldn't wait her turn..... That is when I thought it looked like a car from the maid service on Baberville Rd. but I wasn't sure... So I turned down Barberville and she continued to drive closely behind me in a VERY AGGRESSIVE manner and even blowing her horn a time or two... Again, the speed limit is 40 MPH... I was not going too slowly I was going about between 40-42 MPH... This is what I always do. I was doing nothing ugly; I just wasn't going fast enough for her. Well, guess what.... She turned her vehicle into Cindy's Maids, confirming my initial thoughts of her being an employee there. I am assuming she was late and her attempt to try to push me down the road was due to this. Needless to say, this has left a very bad taste in my mouth and I will NOT ever be calling this location for a quote to get a price comparison; not after the behavior that was displayed by one of the employees. I definitely wouldn't want them in my home after the episode this morning. Moral of this story.... You never know who you effect when you behave in an unprofessional and callous manner. To the driver of the SUV... Your lateness and lack of being on time does NOT constitute me speeding... Drive safely and think before you act so aggressively in today's society that is NOT safe. *I would NEVER want a person like this in my home so I, unfortunately; will not be calling. A company like this DOES has a face and it is definitely their employees.. You definitely impacted my interest in the company with your behavior this morning.. and you should think about that. Management: I have no input on the services you offer, I only have what I have experienced & that is the extremely aggressive nature of one of your employees which stops me from calling your establishment. for that I apologize.. But this morning was UNCALLED FOR and dangerous!
