These guys just got done doing my rugs. Words can't even begin to express how pleased and happy I am. Not only is their work impeccable but their professionalism is cream of the crop . In this day in age it's really rare to be 100 %happy with the finished product, but they made that happen today. My carpets look so fresh and clean and I truly thought they were un-savable. i wish i could give this company a lower rating . if you look at some the reviews he gives him self i had them pick up a rug and cleaned it it was brought back to me with sand in mt rug and a leaves in it i found out it was cleaned in his driveway.. i had them clean some a couch about two days later i notice there was a white powder from my couch and my eyes started runing cough and i called and taled to the owner mike. he tryed talking down to me said there is no refunds said you get what you pay for.. WARNING WARNING DON'T USE THIS CHEM DRY THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE JOKE RUN RUN RUN THEY GIVE YOU LOW PRICE OVER THE PHONE AND WHEN THAY GET THERE THEY HIT YOU 3XX THE PRICE YOUR QUOTED MY friend used them WHEN THEY FINSH THE JOB IT WAS 3X WHAT WAS QUOTED WOW WHAT A WAY TO RUN A BUSNIESS!
