I highly recommend this specific Chem Dry. My parents recently purchased a home in Mt Pleasant, and I had some interior painting done prior to them moving here from Ga. Well the previous owner had just installed high grade carpet in the home, and paint got on the brand new carpet. It was in an unfortunate area, right at the entrance to their room. My husband's company is located in North Charleston, and he advised that I should call them because they were successful at getting all kinds of stuff out of the carpet at work. I decided to call and see if they could help. I spoke with Nikki for a good long time concerning my spot, and then the owner of the company called me to get additional information. The painter had tried to remove it with Dawn which apparently may not be a good thing as it can strip the carpet of it's stain fighting ability. The owner's son, Justin and another employee Marco showed up and removed the spot. They were so professional. When they were getting ready to leave, I asked if that was their broom on the doorstep, and they said yes we would like to sweep the porch. WOW!!!! Is all I can say. I true family business who really wants to work hard to keep and earn other customers. I will only use them moving forward. Thank goodness my family does not have to hear about the spot any longer, and they did such a great job my folks will never know

Justin and Marco came out on time and went above and beyond my expectations. I had them quote me for 3 rooms and a loft but I also asked Justin to hit a small cat-vomit stain in a separate room. Instead of just the small spot, he went ahead and did the whole room and did not even charge me for it. On top of that we had a stain and pet urine spot in our master bedroom that they made disappear. They sanitized and deodorized the whole room. I actually love my carpets again and they look almost brand new even though they are 11 years old. I cannot thank them enough and I will use them again every 6 months.

Brought Greg 6 urine filled wool rugs 2 weeks ago, i have had these cleaned in the past by a rug specialty company so i wasn't expecting all the dirt and urine to be eliminated. I was told by 2 other companies urine can't be 100% removed from Wool. Greg proved them wrong! I can't detect a hint of urine after getting them home today and they look fantastic! I have over $23000 invested in these rugs and thought they were a lost cause. $3000 was a bargain considering the scope and quality of their work! Thanks for an awesome job!

My family has used Chem Dry of Summerville for the last several years. James has always been the technician who comes out, and he is wonderful! He is polite, professional, and very through in his work. We have 3 dogs, who are not allowed upstairs where our carpet is, but sometimes they sneak up there and pee. Chem Dry has a wonderful product called P.U.R.T. and it is very efficient at getting out pet urine. I've tried home remedies, like baking soda and vinegar, but it never got the smell out. P.U.R.T. is the only remedy that truly works. My carpets look, feel and smell like new every time James comes out. They have great prices and offers/specials, and they are always willing to work within your budget. If you're looking for a carpet/flooring company..look no further! We are a multi-dog household, so carpet cleaning is a very important task in keeping our home clean and fresh. We definitely get our carpets cleaned more than the average household - roughly every three months - but its totally worth it, and Chem-Dry's prices and results are hard to beat. We recently used them to clean a large sectional sofa too, and it looks as good as new. James is the service tech that we get most often, and he's courteous, prompt, and does great work. You won't be disappointed going with Chem Dry.
