James is the man to clean your carpet and Chem-dry is the carpet cleaning company James will bring to your home!!! I am always happy with clean carpet. I have 3 dogs and they do have accidents, it's no problem for James and Chem-dry. James always calls when he's on the way to my house.

This is my third cleaning with this company and they always deliver! We just installed dark cherry hard wood floors down stairs and on the stair case. I was concerned about the hose and foot prints on our new floors. Justin had just the cure, a special hose cover that was soft and absorbent along with his shoe covers! I couldn't ask for more, on time, prepared and attention to detail! Great Job!

My Carpets Look NEW! Seriously! Very Pleased! EXCELLENT for N. Chas & Mt. Pleasant too. James Dyer from Chem-Dry of S'ville came to my Mt. Pleasant home where 3 teenage boys had trashed my Berber carpets. I couldn't afford new ones & had tried almost every carpet company over the years. James at Chem-Dry Summerville came & worked so hard and saved the carpets. They look fantastic! He then rolled up and removed our puppy's favorite large area rug to take back to their shop for the big cleaning machine. The rates were reasonable but more importantly, they really worked to do a good job which is rare these days. Nikki in their office is outstanding as well. I received a reminder text of the appointment the day before and the tech arrived right on time. I will be using them for my North Charleston rentals as well. I have no affiliation with the company or workers at all and didn't receive any type of discount for posting this. I was very pleased w James. He cleaned a rust patterned chair, 2 aqua chairs and a buttery gold sofa - the sofa had a little nap but was an acrylic fabric. The chairs cleaned beautifully, spots removed completely- even pen. The sofa did not clean as brightly- there are shadows of the dirty areas remaining- which is why I could not give a 5 star rating. I can not say enough about James and Chem-dry of Summerville! The appointment started out right when James called to let me know he was on his way. He was punctual, professional and pleasant from the moment he walked in my door. He was very thorough in explaining how Chem-dry's cleaning process works and what he would be doing. He did not push additional services and products like so many other companies. He worked neatly and efficiently, leaving my carpets looking brand new and my house smelling amazing!
