I just had a lovely morning in court with the owner of this business. If you like doing business with a company that has integrity, honesty and is knowledgeable in this industry - this is NOT who you should choose. Getting them to show up is impossible. My prized velvet couch is destroyed :( Velvet is a material that should not be soaked in water. Seems like a company who specializes in cleaning upholstery and has been in the industry for 30 years, would be familiar with that. Also, they were ignorant to the difference between velvet, suede, and polyester. Please save yourself and go with a professional company. I would not recommend them to anyone - especially if you have anything of value! Sentimental or otherwise. Their cheap prices are not worth the months of disappointment and headaches. Owner did not have any problem lying in court under oath. Hard lesson learned by me :(
