We were required to have the carpet professionally cleaned prior to vacating the rental house. We were the last job on a Saturday afternoon. They got halfway through the cleaning when the machine in their van died. They immediately got on the phone and called for backup, which arrived within 30 minutes. They told me that they don't leave a job until it is finished. They were professional and cortious. I would use their services again without question.

So the customer service with these guys is great. They picked up my two rugs. Cleaned them. Brought them back to me. Unfortunately, they still smelled like pet urine. I called them and let them know what was up. They came the next morning and grabbed them for a second clean. I have given four stars for their friendliness and want to get the job done. However, i did ask when they called to schedule drop off, after they were done drying at the warehouse, if they smelled good. I was told yes. I will update again when i get them back. Five stars if they are thoroughly cleaned. Thanks guys so much

I had my carpet and tile cleaned Carolina Kwik Dry and I was not impressed. The tile/grout in the kitchen and bathroom was cleaned perfectly and I was very pleased with that, however my carpet looks like they just professionally vacuumed it and put triangles all over it. I called and left a message and was told “the technician did the best they could” My carpet is only a year old and does not any major stains. I could have easily sprayed some household products on it and probably did a better job. I did my homework and research prior to contacting them. My experience was totally different from the reviews and pictures posted from their prior work. I didn’t ask for refund I just wanted my carpet cleaned. I paid full price for a service and got a 1/2 done job. I was not home when the service was done. All I got was a “ I’m sorry but......”. Not once did the owner offer to come out to review the property or offer to come make sure it was done correctly. I would not recommend Carolina Kwik Dry based on my experience with them. Pros: Prompt and Courteous Reasonably Price Responds quickly Cons: Designs Perfect triangles in carpet after vacuuming Did not attempt to rectify the situation Professionally vacuumed carpet but did not clean it

I hate that I'm bad with names but Kent and his crew were absolutely amazing. They were in and out and very efficient. Wow! If you need an awesome company that takes pride in their work, I recommend Carolina Kwik Dry! They are a veteran owned and operated company that requires each technician to complete 30 days of intensive training consisting of both course work and hands on training. The team of two walked through the entire house with me to evaluated the carpet. They inquired about any discoloration that they noticed. Then they spot treated each stain based on type! Afterwards, they sprayed the pretreatment on the carpet and used a brush to agitate the fibers so all the fibers were treated and not just the tops! Then they steam cleaned and used additional spot treated as necessary. They finished with a scotch guard protectant and brushed the carpets once more. You should see how clean my carpets look!!! I noticed as they were recoiling hoses into their van that they had placed large construction cones at the corners on my vehicle. It realized that those cones were there so the hoses didn’t scrape against my vehicle. It’s these type of details that really set this company apart! I highly recommend Carolina Kwik Dry because their professionalism, attention to detail, extra care they took to protect my valuables and quality of work surpass the standards of all other companies! The 2 guys that came were quick and efficient. We are moving so all the furniture was out and we pre-vacuumed the rooms so the entire service was less than 90 minutes for 3 rooms, hallway, and large living room. Carpets literally look new and smell great.

There prices are reasonable and competitive; there work is the best I’ve seen compared to companies from my previous seven duty stations. I trusted Carolina Kwik Dry with my home carpet cleaning when I was first stationed in Columbia and I have to admit that they did an exceptional job going above and beyond my carpet cleaning expectations. I always have carpets cleaned before I move into rental properties (my process) and seeing the before and after, I was astonished. Carpet cleaners at other duty stations fail in comparison to Carolina Kwik Dry crew. I made sure I hired them when it came time to leave and they maintained the high level of professionalism, effectiveness, and efficiency they showed three years priors. If I return to Columbia then I will be sure to hire them again. My only complaint is that their service does not extend to Fort Riley.
