I use BES Cleaning for my medical practice and so far I have been impressed with their service. My contact, Matt, is always quick to respond with any issues I have. The cleaning crew does a great job and I've never had any problems. This is important because I manage a pediatric sub-specialty surgical practice and cleanliness is extremely important to me and my patients.

BES Janitorial Services has consistently provided us with first rate service. They provide janitorial service at a number of our retail and call center locations. One of our sites is an 80,000 sf office building. The building is always clean. Their staff is thorough and courteous. The cleaning crew will clean anything we ask. They also keep me informed of any issues that require my attention. The owner of BES is highly proactive; and, regularly checks to make sure we are satisfied with the service his company provides. I highly recommend BES Janitorial Services.

Do not deal with this company! As a former employee here are the awful characteristics that they have. 1. They tell you to work one place and then you end up working three different places. 2. They have an operations manager named Mary who goes around lying about people and job performance. 3. The head honcho, Myron employs the least amount of people for special jobs like stripping and waxing and expects the job to get done in a fast manner. 4. Long hours on special jobs and no lunch break. 5. Terrible wages. 6. He never remembers anything. 7. Extremely high turn over! 8. On carpet cleaning jobs, he sends one person to the job instead of two or three. 8. The job was so bad his own stepson left and moved to another city! I can go on and on but save yourself some time and do not deal with this company!

I have been in the cleaning business for 29 years. I have to say without a doubt that Matt Sullivan and BES Cleaning Inc. is the best and most professional cleaning janitorial company that I have ever encountered and used in South Carolina. Being a Construction Detail Cleaning Company myself, I have subbed out specialty cleaning work to many cleaning services over the years. But, I have never been so impressed with the cleaning, honesty, service and professional business attitude than I have with BES Cleaning Inc. Their floor work is the best I have seen in my 29 years of business. I am looking forward to doing business with this company again in the Ladson/Summerville area.
