Unfortunately, I found them to be a case of "you get what you pay for". Their quote came in a good $25 lower than everyone else's. I'm not sure how they are even making a profit at the rates they charge unless they are paying their staff minimum wage. You know the saying "if you pay peanuts, you get monkeys?" Well, that's what you get. I'd rather pay a little more to get a quality service that treats their staff better.
