Jason from Springbrook Power Washing recently soft washed the roof on our house in Kingston, which had a thick growth of moss on a back side, which does not get a lot of sunshine. The service was absolutely outstanding. Jason showed up right on time and explained the procedure prior to commencement of the wash. I noticed his equipment was in top material condition, as well. Having treated the roof, he offered to power wash my deck - saving me a lot of time and effort. Jason was exceptionally professional and polite - a really nice and pleasant person. I highly recommend Jason and Spring Brook Power Washing. He was extremely professional. Originally I was hesitant to pay money to get my house washed. After all isn't that why it rains? But we were getting a green mold on the north side so we called Jason for an estimate for both roof and home. The estimate was done quickly and presented professionally and was such a good price that I didn't even bother getting any others. Despite having broken a couple of his fingers just days before he showed up and did the job. It wasn't until after the house was done that I realized how badly it needed to be done. The house looks 100% better. I was totally amazed at what a difference it made. Jason was courteous, pleasant and has all the necessary equipment to complete the job. Truly a worthwhile experience.

I struggled with black streaks on my 15 year roof for about 3 years. Estimates to remedy were mainly intrusive scrubbing of the roof and what I considered to be needless wear and tear Some also introduced chemicals which had some risk. Jason's solution was truly amazing. Within minutes the black streaks were gone and the roof looked liked new. The process involves merely soaking the roof with the chemical which is trapped by bags as it exits the gutters. No walking on the roof, no mess and done it a very short amount of time. You will love watching the black mold literally disappear as he applies the solution. It is pretty clear a lot of thought went into this approach. To top it all off Jason is a pleasure to work with...he knows his business, is very engaging and (unlike many contractors I have encountered) does exactly what he says he will do and when. I normally don't do recommendations of this type unless I can rate it five stars. This fits in every way. If you have mold on your roof and want a quick yet safe solution with a long lasting impact you cannot do better than SpringBrook. Update May 2019 Contacted Jason to follow up and wash my house. Again his response was immediate and the service was perfect. They provided a reasonable estimate, arrived on time and did an exceptionally neat job...and the house is spotless... I will continue to use Jason's service as much as possible in the future.

My husband I were extremely pleased with the team from Springbrook. Punctual, courteous, and thorough. We have an older two story home that accumulated a green mold like surface on the siding. They explained the process and the content of the solution that would inhibit regrowth. Living in South County, this type of growth is prevalent. Our service included the entire house, gutters, stone walkway and porch. They removed the porch furniture to avoid splash. On the rear of our home , we have 13 foot of stick built and 8 foot greenhouse with pitched roof. Team leader Chris ensured that the solution cascading from the cleaning of the house was removed from the 8 bays of windows. Otherwise it would have left a film. Just had Springbrook power wash my house this past Friday and Jason did a great job. He had the best price for a two story colonial (3 in the back of the house). Two other quotes were within $100 but one company that you hear on the radio wanted $1200, three times what Springbrook quoted. One other company wanted $2000. Not only did I get the best price from Springbrook but I got quick reply for my quote and the wash within a week and a half from time of my saying book it. I don't know who actually washed the house as they were here and gone before I came from work. No sign they were here other than a very clean house. Thanks Springbrook! In August of 2013 I found SpringBrook Power Wash on-line and their on-line ratings were almost all 5 stars. I contacted them for a quote and in less than 24 hours they got back to me with a detail estimate to power wash our house and I set up a day to have the work performed. Our house siding really was a mess with heavy mildew on the north side of the house and the rest of the siding was heavily stained. After Jason completed the power washing the siding looked brand new. I wish I had taken a before and after as the results of the cleaning were beyond may expectations. Jason was very prompt, courteous and professional. I would recommend SpringBrook Power Wash for any power washing needs and will definitely use them again.

I was very happy with my experience with Springbrook Power Washing. Probably the most notable thing was excellent communication. Within a day of my request for a quote, Jason had not only provided me with one, but answered a number of questions I had in great detail. Throughout the scheduling process, he was in touch by phone and email a number of times as conditions changed (rescheduling because of rain, etc.) and always kept me in the loop. Given how hard it seems, often, to get in touch with contractors, Jason's communication really stood out. Quotes and invoices were online through an automated system and also very easy to deal with. The work: I had my roof cleaned, and it looks way better (it had a lot of moss on one side that will flake off over time). My deck looks absolutely like new. I must admit that due to limited time and laziness, I did not get multiple quotes for this job, so I can't comment on price being high or low. But, because my gutters were easier to clean than expected, Jason gave me a discount from the originally quoted price, which was nice. Overall: very nice work and very easy to work with.

Even though they had a long day before us and were running late, the guys chose to finish my deck and my neighbors up as was originally scheduled. Springbrook washed my home this Spring 2014. The house can out great. I have a couple of area that don't get a great deal of sun and tend to mold. Those area cleaned up very nicely. Second point, I have had others previous to Springbrook. The last one killed aboutr every shrub on the right side of my house. With Springbrook, there was no problem. Very glad I used Springbrook, and plan on continue to use him.
