South County Soft Wash just completed cleaning our vinyl siding (Certain Teed Cedar Impressions) as well as making our concrete front steps, stone stairs, and brick front patio look like they were just installed new. Jim and son James “double teamed” the entire house with a first water rinse, a soap based application, and a complete rinsing. They do not use high pressure hosing on the siding and no use of ladders leaning all over the house. Their truck has all the equipment necessary from hoses to soft wash solution to generator to power the hoses. They just needed my water. Entire job took about two hours...very professional, know the business, and included our PVC deck, railing, under side of the deck roof, and lattice work under the deck. They got rid of oxidation film that had started to show on the siding as well as any mildew that was evident, especially on the north side of the house. We like the Soft Wash method...it works for us.
