I had them come out to clean my mother in laws new apartment before she moved in and they did a great job. The kitchen had this weird fake brick wall and a lot of cooking grease had settled into the cracks, Servpro did a really good job of removing it all. We didn't even know it was so bad until we saw the difference. The bathroom floors almost seemed like they were a different color once they were done removing all the grime. I'd definitely call them again. It was pricey for what's probably a general type cleaning at another place, but it was great to know she was squared away in her new spot and worth the price for all the time we saved. It needed more TLC than I think a regular cleaning company would've offered.

My experience with Servpro this week was top notch! CJ helped explain the process and what would need to be done and gave me a feeling of confidence which made the water leak disaster so much easier to deal with. The workers showed up on time and were 100% professional. They did an amazing job removing my kitchen ceiling with zero mess! They cleaned up every spec of dust. I didn't have to empty cupboards or anything because they taped it all safely. They were quick and knowledgeable and explained all that they would do and the reasons why. I don’t even know where to start. I was referred to this company by my insurance agent. I had a blown water line and water everywhere in my basement. I called Heather Tuesday night when the pipes burst. I was told from her she was going to try to have someone out between eight and nine in the morning but then they called me and said they had to set up an appointment for 230 on Wednesday,We set up an appointment for Wednesday at 2:30. They didn’t show up till almost 4 o’clock. Ken then showed up Took pictures and told me that I would have a quotethe following day. Will after them be in an hour and a half late I was a little aggravated so I didn’t wanna deal with them at that point. He told me he could have someone there at 6:30 but I ended up contacting J Brian Day, once I calm down I called Ken back and told him what to do it he told me he would have the heaters and dehumidifiers downstairs on Thursday morning it is now Saturday at 9:30 I still have not received a phone call no when I showed up my basement is starting to mold my carpets are soaking wet my ceiling fell down along with the insulation all the cold is coming upstairs in my living quarters I would never recommend this company to anybody and you are crazy if you call them! I am not the type that likes to leave bad reviews but after this extremely bad experience I could not help it I do not want anyone else going through the same problem that I am going through now
