I would not recommend them at all. They came to my place to give me estimation over two weeks ago and I am still waiting on the quote. I called and send messages a numerous of time either Project Manager didn't answer or told me that they submit it by the end of the day (told me this more than 4 times). I called the office to see if I can get better respond or get someone to come again to give me estimate, they told me that they will give me a call back. It's been a week and I am still waiting on that call back. It's very unprofessional. There are plenty of companies that provides better service and would gladly want your business. I should have read the reviews before calling them. Never again.

We had a great experience with Servpro! Ray was a HUGE help and guided us through the whole process as we went along. Answered all of our calls and questions. Elias and Will did outstanding work mitigating our house after a leaky toilet took out 3 bathrooms and a kitchen. Always on time and Very trustworthy, honest and would definitely call again! Thanks guys and Great work!!!

Servpro charges $450 for the first hour of cleanup so you're better off renting some equipment yourself to do the work or call around to get quotes - as the bill can easily top $1,000.00 for just a couple of hours worth or work. My mom who is 87 years old had about 1 inch of water in part of her basement and Servpro charged her $650.00 - when I called to ask if they could give her a senior citizen discount as she is on a fixed income no one bothered to call me back - in fact the billing department was starting to charge her a late fee every couple of weeks. Unless your home owner's insurance will cover the work - don't even bother calling Servpro - unless you just need an estimate. The one other review on this site is suspect as it has no name and no text.
