I had 4 white chairs cleaned Carlos and Gersom arrived before the time requested(always good in my book). Carlos was polite, introduced Gersom, took a look at the chairs then explained what he could possibly do and all of the paper work. When the chairs where done Carlos went through what to expect when drying and some areas that could not be 100% removed, all the while Gersom cleaned the areas the hose was drag through the house. Knowledgeable and respectful! I will request their service again and recommend Carlos and Gersom to anyone needing upholstery cleaning done.

This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a company. The initial cleaning left my sofas spotty. The main sofa wasn't as bad because I had brushed it myself but upon speaking to a customer rep, I was told not to touch the sofas until it dried or I would break the warranty- so I left them alone. This is the review on the re-do: Although they did have a professional attitude, their effort to fix their mistake was lacking. All they did was brush the sofas, which worked for the main sofa but the love-seat still looked incredibly spotty-no amount of brushing was going to fix it. When they were done they packed up their equipment without checking on whether I was satisfied. When I inspected the loveseat, the stains were still very obvious. He then spent more time trying to convince me that that's how my sofa is suppose to look than actually trying to fix it. He probably just didn't want to pull-out all the equipment again. After I was cancelled on 4 times already I was not accepting this. I made him redo it even though he insisted it was pointless. Well I'm glad I did push bc I just checked on my love-seat and it looks back to normal. My advice to do better is do the job right the first time aka know your fabric! The first professional marked my furniture as synthetic when on the label it said it was cotton felt and didn't know he had to brush it. Also, don't cancel on someone 4x, and then when you show up, try to convince them that their sofa just looks that way for some illogical reason and expect them to just sit there and take it. *Picture shows the sofa before when it was left with water marks and after when I insisted he re-do. I guess it wasn't pointless after-all. ** I gave them 1 star for finally completing the job after about a month of waiting and added another star because although the experience was the technicians was not great, I had a good experience with the customer service rep at their hq.

Had a scheduled appointment. The day before the scheduled appointment decided to change the appointment and did not call to see if this was ok... I waited the entire following day during the time that they were scheduled to come only to find out after calling them that they took it upon themselves to change the time and not check with the customer. No wonder why Sears is going down the tube won't miss this place or the stores many better options! This is not a specialty, don't waste your time with them as they do not honor a appointment imagine if they mess something up and need to them to fix something!

Was quoted $359 over the phone for 3 rooms and a couch and oversized chair. When they arrived to do the work, there were add ons and upcharges for virtually everything in my house. Couch has pillows for back instead of cushions, extra charge, chair is bigger than we expected (wife specifically said oversize chair), extra charge, room has a walk in closet, extra charge, and then they sold my wife on the deodorizer that we didn't need, convincing her that it was a sanitizer and the bacteria in the carpet wouldn't be killed without it. So my $359 quote turned into $571 on the day of service. Had I been home, I would have sent them packing, but my wife was convinced we needed the service so agreed to pay. Will never use these guys again and will never recommend them to anyone. I called to talk to customer service and ask for some of my money back and their response: "Your wife signed the paper and agreed to all the services provided, so there's nothing we can do for you." Great customer service. I guess this is an industry where it's ok to provide an estimate and then show up and charge 160% of your estimated price.

We needed to have new hose put on that broke under house crawlspace, Carlos got under and did it. Very professional. Friendly. LOL How are people giving Sears good reviews for their air duct cleaning!?!?! Total hack job, they had a couple guys with little to no experience clean all our ducts. We have forced air and a relatively small house so a simple job right? NO, these guys ended up finishing the job and said everything was good and everything clean, I said thank you and they were on their way. COME TO FIND OUT these total hacks ended up damaging one of the ducts to a bedroom and now no hot air was going into the room, NOT GOOD IN THE MIDDLE OF WINTER, on top of that it was my sons room. I called sears and the guys came back to look at the issue, then the under qualified hacks ended up using duct tape and whatever other useless tools they could find to repair it. DUCT TAPE!?!?! REALLY, I could have done that, well long story short they didnt fix it and the air is still not flowing as well as it once did. Sorry I ever called to have the ducts cleaned, never again

The absolute worst! After taking a day off work to accommodate my appointment, the guys showed up and said they forgot the equipment needed to clean my air ducts. This was ridiculous, especially after I took a full day off work for this. They then said that they were going to call their manager to see what they should do. They got in their car and just drove off. How is this acceptable? When I called Sears to complain about this, they said they would call me back with a discount and reschedule me ASAP. Never got that call. When I called them back, they said they actually don't service Boston anyways. So if this is the case, why did you book me? Why did I take an entire day off work waiting around for you guys to show up? Trust me, do not book with this company. Even if they are cheaper than other companies, the team is rude and unreliable.

I can't review the service that they provided because they never cleaned my rugs. I made an appointment for Saturday July 13th ( the appointment was made 2 weeks prior to the 13th) and 3 days before that day I received a call that they need to cancel my appointment because they are not "servicing my area". What is the point of making an appointment? I have family staying with me next week and I made an appointment to have my rugs cleaned. Very disappointed, and when I called customer service back to let them know that I received the message, the customer service representative was very rude. I wasn't canceling because I didn't want the service... they canceled on me on my pre-schedule day. I am writing this review so that maybe if you're ordering a service from Sears and you need it done for an important event, go with a different company in case they cancel on you last minute. The customer service representative was not apologetic at all. It was a bother to her that I called her to confirm that I received the message that my service was cancelled.

THE WORST EVER! If I could give them a zero I would. First of all they upcharged the daylights out of us. They have very bad training of their personnel and following simple requests like please change the cell phone number to reach out on. They don't show up for their appointments and it has taken them 4 months to get me the right size filter and they send someone who doesn't know what they are doing. Total inept organization. They are great upfront to get you to sign up and spend your money and they are AWEFUL! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Chad B. was recommended by my mother-in-law, who recently had him clean the vents at her condo. She said he did a great job and gave me his card. Chad was friendly and very professional. He explained what he was checking when conducting his initial inspection of my vents and gave me an adjusted quote afterwards. He gave me tips on proper cleaning and servicing of my central a/c system. He explained the cleaning process and how long the job would take him to complete. He was very considerate to my pets when he realized I had 2 cats in the house... He asked that I put my two cats some place safe and away from his loud equipment since it would be very hazardous for them and they would get scared of the noise. I coordinated the shuffling of my cats as he cleaned each room's vent. He also offered to replace the filter for me after the inspection and cleaning was done. I would recommend him to friends and have him come back for future cleanings.

Don't even bother getting services through them. I just got hung up on after ordering a $700 HVAC cleaning service which was supposed to cover my whole home, and then I get a text message from "Jen" saying that she's been trying to reach me, the day before, and if I don't call back they're going to cancel my appointment. Now she got a hold of me on the phone a few days before when I confirmed the appointment, and no I didn't know exactly how many vents I had in my house which is why I went for the expensive whole house package. She then further goes to hang up on me, rude as all hell, does not want to help but insisted she was "trying to get me the right package for my home". I just needed someone to come in, clean out the vents, replace the filter, deodorize and go. EASY, but apparently not for Sears. Don't waste your time and money, find another company who will do a comprehensive HVAC cleaning and deodorizing without the flack and threats.

Now she got a hold of me on the phone a few days before when I confirmed the appointment, and no I didn't know exactly how many vents I had in my house which is why I went for the expensive whole house package. She then further goes to hang up on me, rude as all hell, does not want to help but insisted she was "trying to get me the right package for my home". I just needed someone to come in, clean out the vents, replace the filter, deodorize and go. EASY, but apparently not for Sears. Don't waste your time and money, find another company who will do a comprehensive HVAC cleaning and deodorizing without the flack and threats.
