Very very happy to have made my way here, as I was deeply frustrated by my inability to find what I needed/wanted for my home. They have an enormous selection of high quality carpets and at a good range of price points. After much discussion to zero in on my specifics, I settled on 2 beautiful large size area rugs, which are exactly what I had hoped to find. Lovely people to work with too. Absolutely recommend.

I love Rustigian Rugs! I follow them on Instagram and heard there about a major sale. My husband and I were once again floored and inspired by the range of rugs on display-- rugs of every size, color, pattern you might want or might never have considered wanting before seeing their gorgeousness. The staff is friendly and well informed but also gave us plenty of space to figure out what we liked and what we wanted. We bought something we will treasure for years. This is the second time we've bought from them and we couldn't be happier.

I took my rug to be professionally cleaned by Rustigian Rugs. Even when the rug was rolled up, I could see it was a superb job. Upon mentioning how nice it looked, the owner, Rosalind Rustigian unrolled the rug for me so I could have a better look. The fringe was cleaned, combed and trimmed and the colors of the rug popped. It looked like it did the day I bought it and that was 30 years ago. I could not be more satisfied with attention to detail and the customer service.

We purchased our first real rug from Rustigian and I am SO glad we did. I was skeptical because we live in Chicago and "Honey, do we really need a 'real' rug when Target has them for so cheap?" I have a Target rug in my office that our Doberman Pinscher likes to scratch and rub his face on (dogs, amiright?) He's pulled out threads and I thought he would do the same thing to our Rustigian rug, but no. This is because Roz wouldn't let us go home with a fragile, light colored synthetic; she knew it wouldn't last. Instead we went home with a beautiful, low-pile wool area rug that, in our first year as rug owners, has not shown an inch of wear. A few months back, our dog barfed on it when we weren't home. We folded it up, shipped it to Rustigian, and they cleaned it and sent it back in a matter of weeks. Zero hassle. That's what you get when you go to Rustigian: quality with the ease of expertise. Again, we live in Chicago, but the next rug we buy will also be from Rustigian.
