It’s hard to put into words just what a great experience I had using PuroClean. We had a mold problem in my room and needed to get it fixed quickly. We’d never had a mold problem before and never had to put in an insurance claim before. We called PuroClean and spoke to Carl. He told us he’d take care of everything with the insurance company, something we’d been stressing about, and when he heard my mom had lung cancer and we were worried about the mold spores he immediately had some of his guys come out with air purifiers. His guys were consummate professionals, quick workers, and just all around nice people. They even put us in touch with reliable people for the wall rebuild. When our insurance company gave us problems with parts of the claim, Carl went to bat for us and helped us sort it out. I really can’t rave enough about them. I hope nothing like this happens again but if it does I will absolutely be calling PuroClean back and highly recommend everyone do the same.

Best in class Disaster Recovery specialist. We manage an 8-Family building in Pawtucket that had a main sewer line burst. Not only did Puro Clean respond quickly and remove the raw sewage out, they also left some special filters in the basement to make sure the smell was removed. My second floor bathroom leaked into my first floor bathroom and all the way into the basement. What a mess! PuroClean was awesome. The took my panicked call at 4:00AM and quickly dispatched a team to take care of the problem. They were able to diagnose the problem and solution right away. I was worried we would have to take the walls down to dry them out. Thankfully they were able to dry everything out with minimal additional damage. Thank you PuroClean!

PuroClean was great for us! We had a plumbing/flooding issue that left one of our bedrooms in need of a total overhaul. They acted quickly to mitigate water damage and get us dried out. They also took care of all of the rebuild work. All together, we went from water logged mess to brand new beautiful space in about 3 weeks. All of the staff responds to people well. They understand that the original disaster has you stressed out, they understand that talking to the insurance company can be a pain, and they understand that your life is a bit upside down until things are fixed. At each step they are patient, kind, empathetic, and informative. Communication and scheduling was also stellar. Most of all, it was nice to have their help in walking us through every step of the process. Can't ask for anything more.

When my sump pump died in the middle of this heavy rain period, I awoke to 4" of water in my basement. Panicking, I called numerous water mitigation companies, one that needed and estimator to come out first, and then they could schedule the cleanup, or the boss was out and needed to call the office back on availability. Good grief, who can wait??? I luckily then called PuroClean, and what a difference. The guy on the phone said YES someone could come within the hour. Chris arrived quickly and patiently waited until I figured out whether he was the company who said they'd come, or one of the others (I did mention I panicked!). I am so glad he waited. What great service. He surveyed my new lake, described everything he'd recommend doing, answered all of my questions with thorough information, suggested appliances the plumber might check when he got here, contacted the insurance company, and promptly got to work. The water went down amazingly quickly with only one pump, and he vacuumed the wet spots dry before bringing in the fans and dehumidifier. He checked on those daily until they were removed. I so appreciate his calmness in all the chaos, I trusted him right away. Kudos to you, PuroClean, for having an employee like that. And for your other staff, who seem to work seamlessly together to make dealing with your company a real pleasure. I'll always recommend you, although I do hope we don't meet again anytime soon.

I thought it was a fluke and he was just a great worker. Then we needed Puroclean again and Bri came! It was the same service!! Within twenty-four hours their crew had placed all of your furniture into a Pod in the driveway and the carpet, drywall, and baseboard into a big dumpster.
