I brought a suit in the week before Valentine's day. I was told it would be done the following Tuesday. When Tuesday came around the store was closed with a marker written sign saying the owner was sick. I was patient and waited another day, understanding that these things can happen but surely the problem wouldn't persist without some phone call. On Valentine's Day I saw the same.
After leaving a voicemail to the owner about the urgency of the situation I didn't receive a response until 9pm that night. The owner intentionally ignored my call because he assumed the area code my number was on wasn't a customer, which is funny considering his area code was different as well.
I was told I'd get a call back in the morning. Two days went by with no phone call. When I finally showed up the man ignored my comments about not receiving that phone call, and the purpose that was defeated from even bringing it to him in the first place. He unapologetically charged me the full price. I was livid.
The part that gets me is the laziness involved with running his business. As the only person it seems who works there, you can't rely on the man to keep the business open or follow up with customers who actually needed their clothing by a deadline. Nor can you expect a meaningful apology.
Don't go here. Find a place that can manage to keep their doors open and respects their customers.
