My family used this company for a year on/off. We had a schedule worked out with Adam that was hardly ever kept. Our cleanings would get canceled or moved without notice. When we did contact owner to change/cancel a date, there was never a response and the cleaning crew would show up at our house regardless. We would still get charged a cancellation fee! Definitely not reliable. Communication is absolutely terrible. The crew that would clean was never the same, always new people coming in and out of our home. There was only a select few that could properly and effectively clean. Cleaning services are expensive, don’t waste your hard earned money on the lousy service provided by Beautiful Homes Cleaning Company.

After employing this company for several years for monthly cleaning of my primary residence, my family and I fired them. Issues included missing money and the owner not getting back to us in a timely manner. This was disappointing because most of their cleaners are responsible hard workers.
