Very poor customer service and even worse communication. Made arrangements with Mike to have my cedar roof cleaned at the end of August/ beginning of September. The cleaning was of absolute importance as the house was to go on the market at the end of October. They strung me along for 2 months. Multiple times telling me "we'll be there within the week".... they didn't show up and didn't call. I had to contact them and they gave an excuse and said "we have you scheduled for October 10th", and they never showed up, and never called... again. I had to contact them one again, another excuse and now I was told it would be done by the end of the following week, no show, no call again. Then I get an e-mail, not a phone call, that says they will be unable to do the job due to unforeseen circumstances. I was frustrated by this, as anyone would be, and I contacted them multiple times so someone could explain this to me. However, the only thing I got back was a nasty e-mail, as if I had done something wrong!?!?! They never actually touched my roof so I can't speak for their quality of work. However, the biggest part of a service business is how you deal with your customer, and they were really awful.
