We had Angels Cleaning Services come in and clean the house that we just moved into. The previous residents were college students and the house was far from being in a livable condition when we moved in. Angels Cleaning Services came in on quite a short notice and did a fantastic job. They spent nearly twice as long as their usual clean takes and did a very thorough job throughout the entire hose, and didn't even charge us extra for it. We're all very happy with the condition of the entire house now!

The job cost more than double the estimate due to my underestimate of how dirty my house was on a scale of 1-10. I gave it a 7, but it was a 10. It was a happy accident that I found angels cleaning service. After being told the previous company can no longer accommodate a previously scheduled cleaning a week before a party I had, I scrambled trying to find someone. From the second I called I knew it’d be a great fit. She explained the process precisely from the beginning. Feeling dissatisfied from the last company I used, when we did a walkthrough of my house she said all of the things I wanted to hear about what would be done. I just had Ligia and another woman come to my new apartment to do a deep cleaning of just the bathroom and kitchen. I paid an extra 90 dollars for my fridge and stove. I had to leave for work so I paid her and left but was shocked when I got home. I posted a picture of the tub and the right half is what I did after she left. The stove was barely touched other than a quick wipe down. The window sills and any fixtures weren’t touched. There was actually a dead beetle left right out on the bathroom window sill. They didn’t even touch the tub by the looks of it. I have now done it all myself and asked her for at least half my money back but she just kept talking over me and saying god bless you at the end!! Worst experience I’ve ever had with any service.

I was told the inside of the oven was going to get cleaned, it was not. She mentioned there is built in grease inside the glass that she will not be able to do (I understand that).
