I had a brand new suit taken in to have my pant hemmed. I'm a 6'5" guy and needed the pants to be taken up 2 inches. They took my measurements and off I went. The suit was picked up on the day of a wedding I was attending. When I brought it home and took it off the hanger, my pants were turned into capri pants. Ruined my entire suit and offered me $60 for the inconvenience and the suit was worth $900. Morons. I now go to Diamond dry cleaners and they've never disappointed me.

I loveee coming to a plus Tailors!! The girls at the front desk are always so nice! I have been coming here for years but I have never bothered with a review until recently I needed a pair of pants hemmed for an event and one of the Tailors Hector was so sweet he did them right there for me while I waited ! I usually wait a week for alterations I drop off so I wasn’t expecting him to do them right away for me! Awesome place and right off the highway near the train for when I’m getting back from work in Boston !!

Started coming here over the last few weeks when zoots went out of business. Thank you zoots!!!!! Prices are waaaayyy better here and the quality of the cleaning is great. Haven’t tried their alteration services yet but will in the future should I require it. This place is gonna save me loads of money. Friendly employees too. This place was a hidden gem.

I stopped in last Saturday to get a pair of pants hemmed for a party I had on Sunday. The girl at the front desk was so nice and helpful. I only had to pay two extra dollars and I was able to get them within an hour! Definitely will be going back !!

False advertisement. Use are better off going to the cleaners on benefit street they do a lot better job and cheaper and fast service And they really do one day One day dry clean on benefit street not at this place

Awful staff and service. They lost a brand new pair of Chico jeans that was taken in to be hemmed. To make matters worse, they were nonchalant about the loss and very unwilling to get management involved. They couldn't have cared less about their negligence. Ignoramuses.

They did a great job on a bridesmaids dress that was too small for my chest! She actually removed the zipper and made the dress a lace up back instead. The price was high but it was a pretty big job and it looks great! Oh, and she did this in like 4 days!!
