I had A Plus Carpet Cleaning clean my wood floors and my tile and grout. Both of my floors cleaned up wonderful. I did not know my grout lines are white. I thought they were dark grey. Negative experience with A Plus Carpet Cleaning..Did not show up for first appointment during scheduled time. Second appointment work was performed two carpets cleaned and upholstery on couches..very upset rust stains were left behind due to pads not put under furniture feet! Also took days to dry soap residue left behind . Did not return to fix problem..unprofessional. Don't recommmend.
