My experience with A & A for gutter cleaning was one of the best I've had with a contractor of any type. Here's why: 1. Maegen was incredibly responsive. Any questions or concerns I had were answered very quickly. 2. The price was absolutely right! 3. They have a formal job system that notifies of their booking with the name of the person coming out, when they'll be coming out, and what services will be performed. 4. The invoice sent after the job was completed was very detailed, and included photos of the work completed. The invoice also makes it easy for you to pay online if you'd like. These aspects of the company absolutely separate them from the rest, and I'll continue business with them anytime I need it, and will be recommending them to anyone looking for these services.

I contacted A&A for the window cleaning and had a very pleasant experience booking my appointment with Meg. She was professional, personable, and even offered to include gutter cleaning into the job (I didn't even think about the gutters!). We couldn't be happier with how it all turned out. Our landlords said they haven't seen their property so clean. I will definitely be recommending A&A to all our clients! Thank you guys!

I decided to try them through groupon . They had a special for gutter cleaning or window cleaning . Great price so I purchased it. I called several times to set up an appointment for the service using my voucher They never returned my call. I was lucky enough to call on the 7th day to cancel this purchase or I would have lost my money . How can you have a business and not return the calls , I was very disappointed with this company and lucky enough to read the small print on cancellation time. Not recommending this A&A window cleaning for anything.

Rob and Miguel did an awesome job cleaning our windows and gutters today. They were very courteous and hard working. They went through the bother of cleaning my outdoor lighting fixtures, too-- the house is sparkling just in time for the holidays. I will recommend this company to others for sure!

They were very nice and seemed aimed to please. They did a pretty good job. The man doing the outside forgot the bathroom window. There were a few marks that I had to ask for them to redo. When they left I saw marks in the slider so I Used windex and cleaned it up. They seemed to rush the job and didn’t pay much attention. To detail. But overall the windows look good

First time I've had a company wash my windows; I usually do them myself. With a recent, storm, however, the outsides were very dirty and salty and I didn't think I could get them cleaned well. A&A was great to work with right from the start - very polite, professional and accommodating. I did the insides myself and A&A did the exterior. The only streaks I had were on my side - next time I will have them do the entire window :)
