Surprised I haven’t reviewed yet! Been using them for over a year for a monthly clean. They pay attention to my needs, and we’re always pleased. I just had my first 52 point spring cleaning, and my home looks great! I love coming home to that lemon fresh scent!!! I had a bad first clean experience. My blinds were all chopped up, front door was left wide open and my floor got soaked from the rain. Our one bathroom toilet was still dirty, their was visible trash still on my kitchen floor and dirt. Things that were moved around when dusted were set back very sloppy... it looked as if they rushed right through the cleaning. I emailed them to personally discuss my disappointment and they didn’t even acknowledge my dissatisfaction. They have raving reviews and I was so excited to come home to a sparkling house and was very disappointed. We won’t use them again.

The team at You've Got MAIDS is amazing! My dental office reception area carpet had seen 14 years of dirty, wet, snow/salt covered shoes; they had that carpet looking and smelling like new in just hours! Then they proceeded to strip and wax the hard floors, from operatories, halls, bathrooms, ...everywhere. The rolling wheels on our chairs are hard on the floors, but once again, everything came up shiny like new! I am a type A perfectionist, they exceeded my expectations. We couldn't be happier with You've Got MAIDS of Quakertown! We left a prioritized list, hoping that at least half of what we wanted would be gotten to, and came home to find that every single item was not only complete, but beautifully done! We had hired a different cleaning service several years ago, that was a lot more money, and didn't come close to the quality of work done by You've Got MAIDS of Quakertown. I don't know how they did it, but these folks work magic, and they took a huge amount of stress out of our holiday prep. I highly recommend them!
