In the office Sherry Letzo is always on top of my acct. She sends my billing "sheet" in a timely fashion, and always alerts me of any changes or potential issues. My sales/delivery person Anthony does a great job in our facility. Anthony changes out ten or fifteen rugs without disrupting our busy shop when we are in snow operations.
