A slightly cracked pipe behind our washed turned into a flooded kitchen floor and the room below in the basement ! At 11pm ! Shut water off and called servpro at 7am. They were here by 9am.! Set up machinery, checked daily, remove debris, and in s few days had left our place DRY and ready for repair crews ! Prompt, reliable, courteous, professional, kept us informed of progress, etc... our next disaster...well they're on speed dial !

Had a baseboard hot water heater line burst on the second floor that went unnoticed for a little over 12 hours which caused water to leak all down through the first floor and then into the basement. We called serv pro and when the local supervisor called us back he said he would put us on the list that it would be a day or two till they could come clean up the water. If we would have waited the renovation would have been worse and would have had mold all throughout the house. Don’t waste your time with this company call “Mellon Restoration” they had a crew to us in an hour and cleaned up the water that night into the early am hours and then we’re back first thing in the morning to continue getting it aired out and fixed.

Had a waterline break above our office. We called Servpro and they showed up less than 2 hours later with an entire crew. They are great to work with and did an excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone!

You won’t find a better group of people anywhere. They care about what they are doing and WILL put the customers needs first. If you have fire, water, mold damage you could call any restoration company but you should call the best restoration company. You will not regret it
