Called Servpro on Dec. 11th 2018. Craig was awesome on the phone and they were out to inspect my home for mold very fast and were super friendly. I was informed that it would be a few days for a quote since they have been slammed this past summer and fall because of the rain. The holidays were also coming up so I was on with waiting a few days extra. I called them on Dec. 27th and was promised a quote by end of the week. I called back about Jan. 11th and was promised quote by end of the day. I have yet to get a quot needed for an ongoing lawsuit and this is hampering the outcome.

I had water in my basement and I was frantic. I called Servpro of Shippensburg/Perry County and left a message and they quickly got back to me. They came out and put fans and a dehumidifier in the basement to dry it out. I only used them for a short period of time, but in that timeframe, Craig Kauffman(operations mgr.) He was more than willing to work with me and I truly appreciated that. When I talked with him, he gave me piece of mind. Just like their logo says" like it never happened", well, believe it, because it's true. I hope it doesn't happen again, but if it does, I won't hesitate to call Servpro. Thank you for everything.

We can't say enough about the Servpro of Shippensburg/Perry County team! We woke up to water in our downstairs bathroom spilling over into our basement like a shower for most of the night. I called them at 7:45 AM, left a message and received a return call at 7:50 AM. They were on-site by 8:30 AM with mitigation efforts starting immediately. They made the recovery process smooth and efficient, handling our homeowner's insurance directly. What could have been a very difficult and trying time was made much less so by this group of professionals! Thank you!
