We had a heater backpuff that left an oily soot coating through out the house.After about 2 weeks of 2 and somedays 1 person "cleaning" I would return from work and ask my wife what was completed. Upon checking supposedly "cleaned" and "completed" rooms I found unmoved furniture, beds etc that carpets were cleaned around, and several rooms that weren't even touched, my wife and I had to clean every window in the house that weren't touched, had a paint estimate done 2 days after job was supposed to be completed and even the estimater commented how there was still alot of soot still present and he would have to reclean walls etc before painting.I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND this company. Its definitely NOT like "IT NEVER HAPPENED"! not to mention how Juan handled the painting estimate part.we decided to go with a reputable painting company. ....(My reply to serve pro, 2-27-19 )The only disclosure I signed is that I didnt want the attic cleaned! And not to clean inside any drawers! So how that rectified soot still on walls,windows etc. Is a completely inaccurate and false statement!

Stay far away from this franchise. They have no clue what they are doing, and someone new works on the job every other day. I had people in my home that look like they just came out of a very tough motorcycle gang. Tattoos all over and long beards. The other workers were all temporary help. No idea whom is coming in my home and what their previous criminal history was. The work was subpar at best. I'm extremely disappointed that I used this location and did end up having another Servpro come in a fix all their mistakes.
