True story, it was a quiet Saturday morning until my wife told me her Mother phoned to say she had 'some water' in the basement. That doesn't sound like it's too big a deal, so I hop into my car for the short drive to my mother in-law's house only to find 'a little water' is actually three-to-five inches of water covering the entire finished basement of the house. It turns out it's a really big deal and what a mess! The required clean up is WAY beyond something I can handle. I phoned Servepro of Kingston, Pittston City and Wyoming County and in 45-minutes there was a crew on site starting to remove the water. Talk about service, getting a crew on site in less than an hour, on a Saturday yet, is outstanding. Should I ever again see a flooded basement or some other event that requires professional help to clean up I won't hesitate to call Servpro of Kingston, Pittston City and Wyoming County again.

Our customer experienced Frozen Pipes spraying water all over the business and showroom floor. We called on Servpro Wilkes-Barre, they made it to the customer site inside of 1 hour and began drying and cleaning up the site. Because of their quick response, we were able to restore plumbing and heat to the business and they opened their doors at their regular time. Whenever we have a clean-up and restoration job, I call Servpro.

Servopro of Kingston did an amazing job setting up our Emergency Ready Profile. They came to our property, spent maybe 20 minutes asking some important questions and walking around taking photos of our emergency shut offs. They even went as far as explaining how to get to the shut off, what keys open what doors, ect. We use this in our newbie training for every employee. Servopro is not wishing you have a disaster so they can help you recover, they are there for you EVERY step of the way to PREVENT disasters from happening.

Can’t say enough good things about John and his crew! I had water damage and mold growing in my ceiling after a leak in my roof. John was immediately out to take a look and had his crew there promptly there after. They did a great job of removing the damaged and moldy material, sprayed and set up HEPA filters to catch any remaining spores. John is especially great because he takes the time to look over the whole situation and get a plan together to that will be best for the unique problems. He explained exactly what he was going to do and what I needed to do after he was finished. I highly recommend these guys and would use the again 100%!
