I called ServPro late on a weekday evening due to water backing up in my basement, they answered my call, and advised they would touch base first thing in the morning. They called me back first thing the next morning, and were at my house within an hour or so. Their guys started work right away, and they checked on my basement several times throughout the weekend to see how it was drying out. All in all, they did a great job and got rid of all of the water and damage that had been done. I would recommend them for any job like this!

These technicians did a truly excellent job. They are very professional with first rate equipment - clean and efficient. They explain the process needed to remediate the situation completely. They assesss the situation using monitors and set whatever equipment is deemed necessary. They give you an exact time when they will be back, and they arrive on time every time. I was devestated with the amount of water damage caused by broken pipes. They arrived quickly and started to work immediately. They were amazing! I now have a new kitchen and no mess. I cannot speak highly enough of the Servpro based in Ebensburg. Ben, Kayleigh, Kyle and the rest of the crew were phenomenal. In one of our worst moments they stepped in and cleaned up a mess that seemed insurmountable. We called at 4:25 and they were in our home and began the clean up by 5:30. I would highly recommend them for any of your restoration needs!

Horrible experience with this company!!!! After a water leak in my apartment, the owner's insurance called them in. They totally destroyed the apartment. I had to move out for at least a month. They broke my antique table, left my apartment unlocked some days when they left, "lost" some of my belongings, left their garbage on my patio, and ran up a very large electric bill with their equipment. They replaced the carpet padding and put the original carpet back down on the moldy floor. So much more I could say.......Awful job!! The job was under Tammy Newell at an apartment building in Rockwood, Pa.
