My sister is a disabled senior citizen. She fell in her home and when I arrived at our home I found her on the floor in a semi-conscious state and due to certain medical conditions and not knowing how many hours she had been on the floor there was a huge mess in her room. My first concern was calling the ambulance and getting my sister help once I did that my second concern was the condition of the house. I have never seen a situation like this and did not know what to do or where to turn. My brother is a plumber he lives in another state and he suggested that I call Servpro from Taylor and see if they could help. I called Servpro and spoke with Nick Burruano. I spoke with him on a Wednesday he came to my sister's home on Thursday assess the situation gave me a quote told me what could be done and when it could be done and he was back there to do the job on Friday and Saturday. I was so afraid because this is my sister's home and I didn't know anything about biohazard cleaning and all the things that would have to be done and Nick was one of the most professional confident and knowledgeable person I had spoke to about the situation. He completely put my fears to rest and assured me that not only would he have my sister's home back to how it was before the accident but also that it would be healthier cleaner completely deodorized but also that it would be free of any and all Biohazard Waste that could cause infection and disease. Nick and his crew were amazing they not only did the job but they went above and beyond what needed to be done to make sure that my sister's home was 100% completely clean and healthy for her to return to. I never thought I would need a biohazard team for anything in my life so I knew little about what they do but I quickly learned when I watch them work. Nick and his team our hands down the most thorough amazing highly qualified highly trained impressive group of people that I've ever had the pleasure to meet. I would recommend Servpro of Taylor to anyone that needed any kind of biohazard cleanup fire restoration water removal or anything along those lines they are the best. One final note, I had no idea something like this could be turned into homeowners insurance and was willing to just pay for the services because I needed them done so it didn't matter the cost Nick suggested that I call the homeowner insurance and when I did call they not only paid for his services they also are replacing some Carpeting and furniture that was ruined in the process of the accident and I would have never known that if he didn't go ahead and tell me to call the insurance. Thank you Nick and thank youServpro.

Not sure how to go about posting pictures but i would never recommend servpro i had numerous of my belongings just thrown out in my pod... very careless on other people's belongings. I have a lift chair that the cords were hust ripped out and now it wont work. And things that they were supposed to come back to clean up my kids and i had to take it to the dumpster because it was just left in the yard and no one showed back up to clean it up. Someone was supposed to call me about some some kind of refund on some of the broken items that was carelessly thrown in the pod and no one did that either. I have pictures i wish i could find away to post them on here.

We had a pipe break in our home. Our insurance company recommended we call SERVPRO. I am so glad that we did. They responded fast and sucked up all the water. They had their fans and equipment and they did much more than I was capable of doing. We have children and were afraid that mold would grow. After watch SERVPRO of Carbondale/Clarks Summit/Old Forge work I feel safe.

Dawn and Mistie worked hard on Friday, Saturday and Sunday to ensure that our basement was dry and would not pose a problem to our family.
