Had Master Kleen come out and clean our ducts, since you really can't see what's in there. Bought the house two years ago, and had someone clean them already, but was skeptical as to the extent in which they were cleaned. Master Kleen sent two professional representatives to my home, and showed me the inside of my ducts before they started the work. I couldn't believe how gross! They cleaned all my ducts and showed me after pictures as well. I couldn't be happier with the service or the price. I'd definitely have them back out as the need arises. Great work by these guys!

Friendly, prompt, ckean, and professional! Also, they gave me a 30 minute window and were here during that time. I had contacted another company, which was actually a bit cheaper. However, they gave me an 8 hour window and said they'd call 2 days in advance with a more narrow, 3 hour window. Loved that Master Kleen gave me an actual appointment.

Worked with my situation of having left an apartment and moved out of state, so they coordinated with my landlord to get in and do the cleaning. I had a pet and was told if having the carpets cleaned didn't get any smells out from having a dog I would not receive my security deposit back. Great experience with Master Kleen Cleaning Services!! I have a 10mo old 145 pound puppy who loves to have accidents here and there inside my home... After doing much research, I gave Mark a call and got a quote. He actually quoted me $200 UNDER Stanley Steemer! He and his partner (sorry I forget his name) showed up on time and did not try and sell me extra services that they felt I did not need. They both were so friendly and easy to talk too! I liked them so much would invite them over again for a beer this summer!! My carpet and furniture looks and smells brand new and I couldn't be happier! Mark, owner, came out personally and addressed the issue from the previous clean job missing a few vents. Mark is very professional and sincere a the service is very pricey but is worth it if do you have allergies or asthma, pets,and have never had your air ducts cleaned. It makes a difference in breathing quality in your home.
