Cleaning is alright. Except when I’m home they slam doors and toilet seats. Annoying when I’m trying to work. Every once in awhile they break stuff. Once they even blew an outlet because someone didn’t turn off the vacuum before unplugging.

Initially, I was not keen on the idea of getting a regular cleaning service; trust, cost, and pride being the key issues. My wife and I decided to try Executive Maids for a one-time cleaning before a big family get-together so we could focus on other work, and they made us realize just how bad we are at cleaning. Everything was spotless, the staff was friendly, the price was very reasonable (I sought quotes from 4 other services), and it took them 2 hours to do what would have taken our whole weekend. After that experience, we decided to use them on an ongoing, regular basis, and we couldn't be happier with that choice. They are conscientious, trustworthy, and the time they save us is allowing us to really enjoy our weekends and time at home with the kids much more. I'd recommend them to anyone

If I could give less than 1 star, I would do so. They sent 3 people out to my home. They said it took over 2 hours to clean. My home is small & uncluttered. I even moved things out of their way. I got home & I was appalled at the job that they did. There was more things untouched than cleaned. I emailed them right away with pictures. They apologized & sent their quality control person out the next day to do what the other employees missed. He called & said he did everything. It took him about an hour. When I went home that day, there was still things that were obvious & in plain site that were not addressed. I took more pictures & sent another email. When thy called, they said there was nothing they could do. I do not mind paying a higher price for quality work. But this was anything but quality work. They promise you the world but not only do they not deliver, they charge you for it anyway. I would never recommend them.

I used their cleaning service in January 2019. It was my first time so this was a deep cleaning of the entire house minus the basement. I had 3 cleaners for 3.5 hours. I hired them because I was 9 months pregnant at that time and wanted to welcome new baby to a very clean home. The team arrived on time and was nice. I would say they did a fair job. There were certain areas that were overlooked, like i found a door mirror that had not been touched, window sills that hadn't been wiped down. And other nooks that still had dust. Areas that were reachable and visible, that I typically clean. They did a good job in the kitchen except I noticed the shelves in the door of the fridge has not been touched. I paid for extra time to have the walls cleaned and they looked the same. The young lady said that because of the type of paint she couldn't get them any cleaner, however, when they left I wiped down a couple of spotty areas and it was very easy to clean. And I didn't use any products just soapy water. They did take off $50 without me complaining about it. Overall, I feel they are overpriced for the quality of service you receive. I would say use them if you want a surface level clean that you don't have time to do yourself but don't expect anything to be immaculate. To be fair, I gave them 3 stars because I did not call and complain to give them an opportunity to fix it. I simply didn't have the time.

I just had Executive Maids clean the very dirty apartment of a late friend so his estate could put it up for sale. Even though it was in "original condition," I asked them make it sparkle as best they could, and indeed they did. All those dirty corners and shabby spaces now look almost as good as new, and I'm now proud to show the apartment to potential buyers!

I used Executive Maids to clean my elderly parents home, after they moved, for resale. The house was completely empty. We removed furniture that had been there for over 60 years and never moved. You could imagine what it looked like behind there. The staff at executive maids must have gotten down on their knees and scrubbed the baseboards for hours. They did an incredible job! As I mentioned, the house was empty. Or so we thought. The staff left 2 silver serving spoons on the kitchen counter. I have no clue where they even found them. But the fact that we didn't even know they were there, and that they were solid silver and left there for us, is a testament to their honesty. The house was also vacant for several months prior and must have been as hot as an oven. It sure didn't stop the staff at Executive Maids. They worked tirelessly through the heat and did a splendid job. So there you have it. Paragraph one shows you their competency, paragraph two, their integrity,, and paragraph three their work ethic. I am confident you will love the performance of Executive Maids as much as I did! Use this company!

I've been using Executive Maids for a couple of years now, and I can say without reservation or hesitation that they're the absolute best. They're the first and only cleaning service I've ever used that I've never had to complain about or do detail work after, and on top of the superlative job they do they're also unfailingly pleasant and reliable. Their organization is remarkably professional, and has been from the very first. When I contacted them for a price quote they explained the way that their pricing works (they clean the house a few times to get a feel for how much cleaning needs to be done/time will be taken and then provide a final price going forward). Their pricing is extremely competitive, which in and of itself is a shock considering the great job that they do. They call the day before their scheduled visit to provide a half-hour window for their arrival, and on cleaning day they always let me know if something has come up to delay them or to ask if it's alright for them to arrive early. They also give me a heads-up call ten minutes before their arrival so that I can crate my dogs (my preference, not theirs). Once in my home they provide just the right combination of friendliness and diligence. Though there is a core team, there are occasional new faces: whether first timers or familiar, they are always friendly, then get right to work, with each team member assigned a specific set of tasks that they coordinate upon arrival. Their cleaning is organized and meticulous, and once the team is done the supervisor checks everything before asking me to do the same. They leave with a smile. I also appreciate the cooperation and flexibility that they exhibit: if I need to change the schedule they always try their best. They are also gracious and good-humored about the fact that my husband and I both work from home. They allow us our space and work quietly, then when it's time for us to clear out so they can take care of the rooms that we're occupying, they gently point us to a room that they've finished so that we can all get our work done! It would take more than my two hands to count the number of cleaning services my husband and I have used in our lives, and up until Executive Maids I've found the same sad pattern with each: they do a terrific job for a month or three, then things start to fall off ... the honeymoon is over and the attention to detail fades. There's always been the sense that once our business is assured we're being taken for granted. This has not been the case with Executive Maids. We have always felt that we are valued, and their service has remained at the same consistently high level they exhibited at the start. I recommend them highly.

This is the worst service I have ever received I would not recommend this company to anyone. The bathroom 1 had the shower curtain pulled to hide what they had not done, the toilets were not cleaned well the back drop of the toilet was not touched and the top was not even wiped over. The quality of the work was very poor overall Just Dusted over rather than cleaned and I keep my house very clean. Do not Use
