BUYER BEWARE!
I don't usually take the time to review companies however I felt the need to warn future customers. I really friendly salesman came in to meet me and went through all what the company has to offer. They were going to provide trash cans, soap dispensers, hand sanitizes, a few rugs (Customized), waterless chemical system, ect for FREE. I would only need to buy they soap, trash bags, ect from them. They where going to bill my card on a monthly basis and only bill me for what we used. Example if we only used three paper towel rolls this month. and 6 come in a pack. I won't be billed for it this month. He also said if we don't like the service we could cancel at anytime.
For the first few months everything went fine. Service was great then they stopped billing my card automatically. Wait it gets better. So when i got a past due invoice for 3 months. I called! They lady told me not to worry. That they would start billing me monthly and just a month at a time and when i cancelled id just get billed monhtly until it was paid off. Then the Garbage cans Started falling off the walls on customers. Garbage cans have fallen off the walls 20x since we started. Destroying walls and hitting people. (In fact i have one in the bathroom that has been on the floor for 2 months that they "service" but have yet to fix.) The trash cans would remain broken for 30-60 day minimum and after numerous calls they would finally come fix. Even though they promise to come back they next day. (I have phone messages, employee accounts, and pictures to back this up). The Customized rugs that have increased in price substantially since we started. Which they "Forgot" every other month and brought regular black ones (Yet my bill didn't change) because they promised to bring our logo ones back right away which never happend.

For about 6 months they billed my for stuff they didn't drop off or deliver. That s when i stopped allowing the to bill me card automatically and call to allow it. Also they where dropping off stuff that wasn't needed like they said in the beginning wasn't done. Also I started to get billed for the dispensing units and the materials to fix them. The chemical units that they haven't touched.

So after numerous phone calls with everyone besides my sales manager (Because he was not available, on vacation or something else. (I literally just called and "Left for 15 min") I got so frustrated that I cancelled the agreement after being charged $250 for 3 dirty mats which they said they would replace($50/each new amazon) and paper 6 paper towel rolls ($36 on amazon) I receive a certified letter from their legal department for $4,000+ dollars to cancel my agreement. One that they did not uphold there service agreement on.
Pics below are wall patches that I finally gave up fixed and hung the can (They where huge holes). Existing wholes where they fell off walls and the chemicals they "service" everytime 3/4 empty. Oh and the trash can they "service that has been down for months"
