My business switched to bi-weekly office cleanings from Bugajewski Facility Services and we immediately saw a huge difference in cleanliness and appearance. Previously, we found cleaning residue and smudges on computer screens, cobwebs in corners, and dust leftover on desks and flat surfaces. Not anymore! Each time Ben's team cleans our space, we come in the next day to a spotless office. With three office spaces, kitchen, bathroom, meeting room, front office area and server room, there are plenty of areas that need attention, and all are in perfect condition when we've had a cleaning. Bugajewski Facility Services also performed a deep and thorough carpet cleaning, which has held up beautifully with the foot traffic throughout our office. We're thrilled with Bugajewski's customer service and results, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to change cleaning services.

Very rude! Just called to get a quote for cleaning services and lady scream back that they are not available (even though I have not even shared the exact date I was looking for) and hang up on me. I called back to understand what happened and the lady in an irritated way (of course it is annoying when potential customers are calling!) told me that they have so many clients that they cannot possibly fit me in! NEW CUSTOMERS - DO NOT CALL THIS BUSINESS! They are too busy for you! Very unprofessional and rude! PS: I also sent a couple time a request for a quote via the website and never heard back. This business is not interested in providing quality service.
