Originally had some issues after my deck did not look good. It was originally recommended that I refinish without the need for stripping. However, it looked horrible. I sent an email and pics of the results and they sent someone out to take a look at it. They agreed that it didn’t look good and said stripping should have been recommended. They then fully stripped and re-stained the deck at no additional cost. The final result are great! Fixing mistakes without hassle or additional cost is the sign of a great company. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommended them. Greg and his team (don’t know their names) did a great job with the stripping and Byron and Jorge did a great job with the refinishing, even making sure I was happy with the stain after starting. This is a very good company with reasonable prices (I’ve used them for other projects as well). Don’t hesitate to use them.

This is the second time that we have used All Surface to prep & stain our front and back decks, and we will ONLY use them going forward. Everyone in the office was terrific - eager to help and very informative. We had two crews out to our home and both did excellent work. Byron, Jorge and Rigo prepped our decks quickly and thoroughly - and cleaned up the bits of debris the process created before they left. This kind of courtesy is a big deal, as companies our neighbors have used have left debris on the sidewalk and in our yard when doing similar work. When the deck was adequately dried out, Alberto, Cervantes and Rigo came and stained everything. It looks fantastic. Before they left, they asked if I had a few minutes to review their work. I did, and everything is perfect. I am so pleased! I highly recommend All Surface to anyone who cares about quality work and great customer service.

All Surface Cleaning Company just finished a tough removal job of carpet moss from our roof. After the company pre-treated the roof two weeks ago, Pedro and Jose spent most of the afternoon brushing the moss from our composition shingle roof, then applied a preventative treatment. They also cleaned our gutters and did an excellent job of cleaning up and removing all the debris. The roof looks great!

Great job on my little 3000+ sq feet 20 year build up for sure! The guy who did my quote was well within the range of what two other companies quoted. I was able to get my appointment scheduled within two weeks of my quote. The guys who showed up to do the cleaning job were very polite and gave me a quick run down before they got started. Our roof was pretty bad, 20+ years of moss and I was worried how much could be done. The guys worked for a long time! The results were amazing! You can tell they were meticulous about the work. There was so much crud on the ground but they worked late to clean it up nicely (better than how they found it). I greatly appreciated this because I had deliveries and installations happening all week and could not have a huge mess of roof moss in the way of things. Angel and Alberto were the guys who helped us, seems like this company has a pretty smooth running operation. I would recommend this company to others. Led by Alberto, the All Surface team did an excellent job, though, due to rainy conditions, they had to return to complete the job (replacing a broken tile and applying the moss preventative spray (three year warranty)). We contracted to have the moss removed from our roof and have the gutters cleaned. The house is three stories with a steeply pitched roof so isn't easy to clean. The office staff and estimator who came to the house couldn't have been nicer. Our crew arrived at the allotted time and set up. They had to be a bit like Sherpas to get to the peak but managed to remove the moss, then clean out the gutters. I know they were sore with hands burned from the hot roof but the result was very nice. We opted for the after-treatment with the nine month warranty so we'll see how it works over time. Cervantes, Marco and Jorge were courteous and professional and we're please with the project. The process was expensive and we hope it was worth it.

I would highly recommend All Surface. I hired them for a gutter and skylight cleaning and George and Byron provided a high quality service as well as a high quality experience. I work with a lot of sub contractors in every trade/service and I don't have one bad thing to say about this company. In a time when service/construction companies are extremely busy, I so appreciate the responsiveness, consistency and quality that this company provides. I interacted with four employees 1. a courteous and helpful receptionist, 2. a polite and thorough estimator who came to the house and did a walk around while explaining exactly how things would be done and what I should expect, 3. and 4. George and Byron who came a week later to provide the surface just as it was explained to me. I didn't even realize how dirty my gutters were and what a messy job it would be...the unexpected debris turns up because they blow and rinse everything off the roof as part of their process and it ends up on the ground below. Fear not, they do a very nice job of cleaning all this up and honestly, the areas around the house looked better than when they started. I was so impressed with these guys...not only because of the service they provided but also bc of George's communication. I know it takes extra time to go over things with homeowners and it can be difficult to hire employees with skill sets that don't always go together - the worker/doer and the communicator. But George has definitely mastered both areas. He checked in with me - before they started, when they had to stop to run out and pick up a better blower (he felt that the one they had wasn't working well enough) and when they were all done. At the end of a long day, after they were all packed up (ladders loaded), he realized that he forgot to assess something I had asked him to take a look at while he was on the roof. He got the ladder back off the truck, climbed on the roof and caulked a small hole in my siding so that I could get through the winter and keep the rain out until we repair and repaint our house next summer. Great guy! Oh, one last thing...while they are on the roof, as a courtesy, they assess the condition of the roofing and give a verbal report. I have a concrete tile roof that's almost 50 years old and while George did find some cracked tiles, he complimented the quality of the original installation and the maintenance work that's been done (many subs like to badmouth and criticize other's work). He showed me pictures (on his phone) of the tiles that need to be replaced and explained that, if I'd like them to, All Surface would locate replacements and return to install them. The estimator had told me that they would provide this service and explained the fee as a per tile charge...which, I found to be quite reasonable. To me this courtesy demonstrates that they take pride in their work and that they really are looking out for the homeowner (who may never step foot on their roof to assess it's maintenance needs).

We've found them to be prompted and do a great job of keeping our roof clean and combating our moss problems. The employees are courteous conscientious. The last team, Pedro and Jose, were great in explaining what they were going to do and took the time to have us move vehicles including a motorhome before they sprayed to ensure they did not damage any paint on the vehicles.
