I can't explain the long story cause I will get mad again. Went here a year ago! But to keep it short they messed up my diamond Chanel outfit! Gave it back took like 4 months and most of the diamonds came off again and they are cheap kind. Horrible service! Horrible job! Don't go there!

I normally don't write a negative review unless it's really warranted. I have been to VIP cleaners twice and both times I get told that my clothes will be ready "Friday after 5", and I go in Saturday morning to pick them up and they're not there. The young lady this morning apologized for what the other employee and it may possibly be ready Monday. She also said and that it also happened to another customer today too. Very frustrating to be lied to twice and not know where my clothes are at. I would AVOID this location at all costs. Sure got the "VIP" treatment. They've lost my business

I had a very bad experience. I took my formal dress to clean and when I picked it up, parts were missing, they said that part did not take it and they clung to that answer, very bad service. I definitely will not go back.

Great dry cleaners. Friendly service. Drive up window and will hang clothes in your car for you.

I was desperate so ignored the negative reviews thinking they were a one off. Wrong! Told me my clothes would be ready on Monday after 5 and they weren't.

Always nice and willing to make you happy. They damaged my pants, but quickly replaced them. Their prices aren't too bad either. Overall good place. I very rarely give reviews because I feel it's a waste of time, but in this case I felt compelled to do so.
