My Auto Repair Shop used this Company for approximately 5 years. We supplied them with our Logo for our Business for them to make our patches for the Uniforms. We found out that they allowed another Repair Shop in the Oklahoma City Area to use our Logo, without our permission. When we confronted them about letting another Shop using our Logo, they told us that they did not have to have our permission to let another Business use it. We had our Lawyer contact them and they never responded to the Lawyer. We now have the Logo Trademarked and they are still refusing to abide by the Trademark Laws. This Company is not a one I would recommend doing Business with because they are breaking the Law and their business practices are unethical. They are such a large Corporation that they feel they can do what ever they want and walk all over the little guy.

Terrible customer service. Turn in used ragged uniforms to be fixed or replaced only to be shorted on uniforms for several weeks until I complain several times. Then I will get another used garment in return that probably doesn’t fit. I’ve been going through this for ten years. They never prorate my cost even though I’m not getting what I pay for.
