Absolutely terrible Ruined a shirt and didn't refund the money. I don't recommend this place anyone who wants to keep their shirts.

I have been using this cleaners since they first opened (many, many years). It hasn't been until recently that I've had issues. In the past 2 months, they've ruined two items. The first was a blouse I'd worn 1 time. The only consession I was given was paying 1/2 price - for them to ruin the garment. Still, since I'd had so many years with no problems...I let it go. I then took in my mattress topper for cleaning. I was charged $60.00 (usual charge $35 which had been crossed out). When I unwrapped it, it was ruined and so lumpy there was no way I could sleep on it - and I did try. I was given my money back and they took my topper. I was told no compensation for the loss of my item. I'm done with this cleaners!!! They have lost a long-term customer as well as anyone else I can share their poor customer service with.
