Unreliable and unprofessional. I scheduled a total 6 hours cleaning service. 2 cleaning people from 1pm to 4pm. I got a confirmatin and was told that if I am not there to allow them in the house I will be charged 30$ for cancelation. Well, these people did not show up! I texted the person who scheduled the apt. to inquire if they were still coming, as I know things could happen, but no answer. Obviously, they do not care about ppl's time as I rearranged my schedule around the appointment. Also, the person I was cordinating with was trying so hard to convince me to buy 10 hours worth services despite me telling them that I know what I need. Definately, I will not recommend them, especially if you are not wanting to worry about them showing and getting the job done.

Talked to several firms and decided to go with Total Housekeeping based on the simplicity of a $30/hr rate and no expensive initial deep cleaning requirement. Had 2 phone calls (with two different people?) to make the arrangements, it was 100% clear based on comments from both sides that we were only interested in someone cleaning for ~5 hrs every two weeks. We noticed that there was confusion when the maids arrived for the first visit, three housekeepers showed up and initiated a deep cleaning process. This was no big deal. However, it all fell apart when no one showed up.two weeks later. I called and spoke to a third person (I think?) who informed me that this was only a "one-time" cleaning. The maids are probably fine but professional management is lacking.

We have been using Total Care Housekeeping for 6 months now- and they have been 5 Stars each and every single time if not more. Jackie is my favorite- although they are all wonderful! Our home is 2700 square feet- 4 bedrooms- and it is sparkling every time they come- from the floors to the counter tops and the mirrors and more. I can’t say enough positive things about them! They are accommodating and an asset to have. I wouldn’t call anyone else and neither should you!!!

We had two individuals come clean our house for the first time. Julia, and another individual I will not name, because I do not like dragging people through the mud for their poor performance. I hold the company - in this case, Total Care Housekeeping - responsible. Julia did an AMAZING job. If you have to use this company, I would recommend asking for Julia. The other individual did not appear to do a very good job. Things were not dusted like we asked, there was a residue left on our counter tops that appeared to be cleaning liquid not wiped up, and it appears the drainage hose to our washer was removed, and not properly put pack. This last issue caused a massive amount of water in our utility room and kitchen, where all our towels were used to soak up the water. Thank goodness, there was no actual damage caused. I will give the company credit, when we voiced our original complaint about the initial cleaning, and the areas missed, Julia came back out and cleaned the areas the other individual missed, and wanted to do whatever it took to make things right. She is a GREAT individual who truly cares about the job she does. So in summation, I would pass if you have another option, but ask for Julia if you have no other choice. *Also posted on Facebook page.
