Might want to teach them how to drive when they are in the vans. I just got cut off by one on the highway going south by sw 44th. I was doing 70 in the middle lane and he was in the far right lane. Barely had enough room and cut me off. got in to the fast lane and started going even faster.

I called Sooner Carpet and Restoration to a property I manage after a water pipe burst and flooded three tenant spaces. They showed up within 2 hours of me calling them ( and this was during a major freeze when everyone else told me it would be the following day). They immediately got to work and had all the water extracted and started working on drying the spaces out within 3 hours of arrival. They brought in dehumidifiers and fans to help everything to dry properly and prevent mold. Their crew chief Jacob was fantastic. He kept in touch with me several times daily throughout the week to keep me updated on their work and progress. I can't recommend them enough.

For both events, a large, specialty truck parked in my driveway, loaded with some some impressive heavy-duty equipment, which stayed out of the house. Just hoses and ducts into and out of the house. I was glad I wasn't attempting to do it myself with amateur equipment. Super employees, fair price.

Sooner Carpet is Great! Awhile back My Mothers house flooded, due to plumbing issues and there was standing water through out her house, I called Sooner Carpet and explained what was going on, and within an hour Jacob and Allen arrived to save the day! They came out and immediately got to work on drying the floors, and Jacob and Allen even managed to calm my high strung and super difficult Mother. That job alone had to have been a process, but they did the job and did it well. Over the next 2-4days Sooner carpet took care of everything for my Mother, and installed new floors, Jim took care of all the arrangements with the insurance company and the plumber. The guys, Jacob, Allen and Jim at Sooner Carpet deserve A+'s for excellent service, expedited clean up and restoration. It is a job very well done! Thanks Sooner carpet Guys!

EDIT: SCC called me to make this right. They offered to redo the room or refund me part of my expense. I appreciate their customer service and their effort to ensure my satisfaction. Updating review from 2 to 4 stars. I called SCC out to clean carpet in a specific room. I did a little price checking, and they were significantly more expensive than other companies, but they had great reviews so I thought they would probably do a better job, and I needed a good carpet clean. Someone from SCC came out, and I mentioned specifically that the closet needed some work and then left him to do his work. Ten minutes later, he came downstairs and packed up all his equipment and came back to have me pay. I said, "Did you get the stains out of the carpet in the closet?" And he said "Yea go check it out." Stains were still there and it was very obvious, so I pointed them out. There were even little pieces of cat litter on the floor that I assumed would have been vacuumed or cleaned up in the process. He said he didn't see those stains and worked on it again. It definitely came out better and was sufficient, but it was by no means a great cleaning job, which is what I expected when I paid $100 to have SCC clean one room when I could have had a different company clean my whole house for that same amount. From start to finish, he was at my house for a max of 20 minutes. He was very nice and polite and even gave me a little bottle of cleaner to use in the future which was so sweet, but he just didn't seem to care that much about doing the job well in the moment. It was cold and he said my house was his last job of the day, so maybe he just wanted to get home and warm up, but it was just a disappointing experience for the amount of money I paid.
