I TOOK 1ST TIME 21 SHIRTS AND 21 PANTS, THE PROBLEM IS EVERY ONE IS DOUBLE LINE PANTS AND SHIRTS. I PAID $167, WE ARE NOT HAPPY WITH JOB After this review the Manager call me to correct the mistake they made, that is very nice of her, but it was too late for me.

Had to edit my 5 stars down to 1. Let me lay out my past events and paint the picture. I've been going here for about 2 years so I thought they'd work with me, I havnt even been given a chance to speak with a manager wonder if they exist. So I had 2 dress shirts stained by the staff during the winter time, looked like yellow burns- I mostly wear nice sweaters during the winter so I didn't notice the stains for about 2 months which is past their 30 day policy so I was on my own per the staff.... Next I took 12 shirts in including the two they stained being hopeful that they would correct whatever they did to my shirts, I was also about to go on travel so I requested my shirts be boxed. I went to pick them up the day before my business travel and nothing was boxed I didn't even notice I was missing one of the shirts they stained maybe because I was frustrated about them not boxing my shirts. I noticed the missing item while boxing my own shirts at 10pm and didn't have time to call and try to resolve this issue until I returned from travel. Once back I was told everything on my receipt was given to me all 11 shirts. I gave them 12 but since the receipt said 11 and the black shirt was on there per the staff I had no proof. I could fill a complaint card out with the factory but per thier policy nothing would happen. She told me I had my black shirt and I needed to look for it, what a joke. So with all that said I'm done I gave them plenty of chances but they don't care so I'll be taking my weekly business elsewhere.

Chose this dry cleaner due to proximity but was not happy with the quality of work. Would bring in police officer uniforms which are to be military pressed but they never once got it right and you could see the lines from attempting to redo and still the lines were not in the correct spots. Also had issues when dropping off and picking up. Told the name several times and they still put the wrong one down. Called back to correct and he said I got it, went to pick up and still wasn’t under the right name. Now using Excel, they cost a little more but they get the job done and have a much quicker turnaround.

Have been using them over 2 years for dress suits, shirts, ties, comforters, etc. Haven't had any issues and the staff is friendly.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They broke several of my fiancée shirts. I tried again by saying “hey this shirt has not rips” she answer “yes” and when I picked it up is ripped again and she wouldn’t give me anything for it! I took a dress for stain removal they said they can remove it, I got it back and the stain is still in there and won’t get my money back. I gave them so many opportunities and still nothing. I have about 10 shirts that are ripped in different places.

Friendly kids that work here. However the company has policies that benefit them and not the customer. After speaking with the Manager she apologized. She then gave an insulting offer to me. A coupon discount next time. Either this is the game the company likes to play to come out on top or she simply didnt do the math realizing that I still come up short. I told her thank you for the info and call but I could give myself that offer by simply bringing a coupon next time. They have now lost my business over a four dollar difference. That's less then what I spend on breakfast every morning. This company needs to learn about principles and the idea behind a reasonable thought in a financial situation. When it comes to their customers.

They don't dry clean leather but u went to a couple others and they said no they have to ship it off to Texas and it would take at least 2months

Only give one star because you can't give 0 stars here. Friendly staff, convenient location, but they lost an $80 shirt two months ago and have not been able to find it. I have been back to the store repeatedly, asking for a call from the manager, and NOTHING. No reason, and no resolve. NEVER GOING BACK TO ANY SCOTT CLEANER.

There has been an issue the past two times I've been here. The first time there were blue stains on one of my white items and the second time they lost a pair of my slacks. Don't think I'll be giving them another chance any time soon.

Super helpful, nice! Dependable! They do a great job repairing and replacing buttons, holes/tears, zippers, etc.
