Worst dry cleaning experience I have ever had. Their machine broke and the gentleman behind the counter lied to me and told me that my clothes were stuck in the machine and I couldn't get my suit back. I've tried to call and contact the manager and he won't return my phone calls. I will NOT be going back to this dry cleaner.

Staff was really rude concerning inquiries about what happens to clothes they had cleaned and were damaged. They don't want to take ownership for mistakes. Please beware! If they make a mistake you likely will get the run around about it.

I've never had an issue with this cleaners, and the lines on my shirts are always straight. The staff is courteous, polite, and most importantly they remember my name when I walk in to drop off or pickup clothing.

Dont ever use this location if you want your nice garments to stay that way. They have ruined several of my items and they will take no accountability for doing so. The owner Mark is a total joke, he will literally throw a temper tantrum like a child. Please beware!

We use Comet Cleaners every week. Their staff is friendly, the work is good, and they get you your clothes back quickly.

Several times we were missing pieces of our clothing. My husbands jeans finally showed up after missing for 2 weeks. Several weeks later my son’s polo shirt went missing , they said we picked it up, because they gave us the number of items we put in. But one of the items we picked up was not ours! So if you’re missing a mens size 18 white shirt 34/35 we turned it back into them. I told them if we are getting other people’s clothing then someone has our clothing . They still insisted that we had all clothing that belonged to us. Never again will they get another penny out of me.
