Quoted a price of $400 to clean the house. Three bedroom, One and a half bathroom house with not doing the bedrooms. Left our house after the estimate and proceeded to text and call until eventually coming back to the house. Made a tentative possible appointment to get her off my porch. Canceled last night and she’s trying to charge me a cancellation fee today. She has come back to the house and harassed my friends mother even though I’m not there. I have now blocked her phone number and can only hope that she chooses not to show up again. She is threatening legal action and putting a lien on the house or something. I understand that small businesses need revenue to stay afloat, but I am not comfortable letting her in my house.
