This is the second time I've used Clean Sweep Carpets and could not be happier with the results and customer service. The method they use isn't like other cleaners as it doesn't leave your carpet soaked for what seems like days. I've tried Stanley Steamer and some other local carpet cleaning businesses and to be honest the other companies had some sketchy looking folks working for them and the work was less expensive but not good. Everything wet and trying to upsale everything. Clean Sweep was a nice husband and wife that cleaned my carpets so good that it looks like brand new carpet. No pesky upselling! My dog got sick while we were gone all over our light colored carpet, especially upstairs. Cameron and Lindsey came out this morning to clean the carpet in both the living room and upstairs. Wow, what an incredible job they did! Literally The only thing you can see our my footprints. The carpet is only a few months old and it honestly looks even better than the day it was installed. I cannot recommend clean sweep carpets enough! If you have carpet that you think is stained beyond hope, don't hesitate to call them. Thank you so much!

I love this company! I have always had my rugs proffesionaly cleaned and used several companies over the years. This company is the best by a mile! We have a farm full of creatures and lots of dogs and kids. We always have dirty boots, toys, food and drink spills and accidents of every kind. This company leaves the carpets pristine and the whole house smells wonderful for a week after they are here. These folks did a phenomenal job on my carpet and furniture. I enjoyed our interaction and felt the prices were very reasonable. They instructed me about what products would be best suited for pet odors and were prompt and timely. I had a couple of spots that had a lingering odor and they let me know the pad below the carpet was saturated but they came out and recleaned the carpet again at no cost. They were correct, the pad was the culprit not the carpet but I very much appreciate that they made every effort to please me. 100% will call them for future cleanings and I highly recommend you do so as well.

Clean sweep responded promptly when I contacted them. They were able to work out coming on the day I could be available. My appointment was at 9 a.m. and I noticed the gentleman waiting outside at 8:55. Very prompt. :). He did an excellent job getting stains out and made our carpets color look new. Smells great also. Not like old water like I've noticed when I had another company use the steam cleaner on a previous home. Carpet dried quickly and we were able to move everything back in place. He was also friendly to my kids (instead of ignoring them) who were home on Christmas break. DEFINITELY would recommend this company. 5* for sure.

I almost called Stanley Steamer but I did call Citro's Carpet cops but they didn't answer. So I gave Clean Sweep Carpets a shot. I called on a Monday morning and they came out the dame day. I was surprised to see that they did a fantastic job. . $99 bucks for 3 rooms for carpet cleaning was very affordable and my carpet looked brand new. Def calling them back for another cleaning.
