His team took care of us and even re-cleaned some stuff just to make things PERFECT! Thank God for Chem-Dry and their attention to detail to help get our pet stains out to sell our house- great guy/company where you can tell he really cares!

I was assigned ChemDry of OKC/Edmond from my insurance company to do water clean up after a pipe broke in my home. I delt with Jacob the owner directly and he was very quick to get in and out soon as possible. If carpets were sterilized I do not know. But if they were, they were left wet and without a fan on them. Also, a puddle was left in my closet. Avoid at all costs

Chem-Dry got me scheduled very quickly. Jesse was quick and very professional. He called almost an hour before my scheduled appointment to let me know that he was ahead of schedule and asked if I would like him to come early. My living room carpet had quite a bit of dirt and some significant traffic patterns that are almost completely unnoticeable now. My carpet looks AMAZING and smells great too. I'll never use another carpet service.
