My daughter hired Chalet to clean my home in Edmond in May. The first cleaning, "deep cleaning" was poor as the person who was supposed to clean the kitchen missed half of the place, the floors had not been touched and light fixtures were not cleaned. So my daughter called and complained, as I was not home yet, and was told she had been trained recently and not up to speed so they would send someone out the next day. After 3 days and many phone calls they finally sent someone and they did do a good job. The next cleaning was better, but they still missed rooms and broke a lamp. So I thought okay, one more chance and that will be it anyone can have a bad day. Well the last time they came, they missed the master bath and closet, guest bedroom and guest bath down stairs. When I called and complained that I was not getting the whole house cleaned I was told that well the girls must have been confused, but I think they were on a preset time and were running over. I found it very disappointing that half my house was not clean and yet I was expected to pay for the service. I told the manager that if they needed more time why did they not call him and he call me and get my house cleaned properly and fully. I am moving to someone else who has better communication skills. But I have to say, they did discount my bill for the lamp and more for the poor cleaning.
