Total joke!!! Carpet wasn't any cleaner than when he showed up. I would never recommend this method of cleaning to anyone.

This method of cleaning it's not for pets owners. I wasn't satisfied with my service. The employee just spray a encapsulation solution and use a electric brush, it's called a encapsulation method. Well it's ridiculous, my dogs hair was still on the carpet after he finished with the service and some areas were still dirty (specially the traffic areas).
